1) He will threaten you non-stop
2) Nothing is good enough for him
3) He is scam artist. Don't sell to him or when he receives it, he will:
a) Accuse you of ripping him of
b) Accuse you of selling him a defective item
c) Refuse your offer to refund his money when he sends you the item back
d) Use Paypal as a way to get his money refunded *AND* keep the item you sent him

1: lie, verified by text posted by Oscar
2: Conjecture
3: Lie, Verified twice over that Oscar has made a legitimate claim on this item, Jordan also brought to light a previous claim Oscar made against another member that resulted in the other member being banned.

A: seller jumped to conculsion when buyer asked question about weight. Proof in texts posted

B: Already been determined by mods that claim is legitimate. "So far his complaints have been legitimate, including his complaints with you." Op has provided no proof otherwise.

C: true. Due to cost of shipping that neither part wanted to cover, however a deal was struck between the buyer and seller that provided a resolution to this matter.

D: PayPal claim is legitimate. Proof in texts provided by Oscar, and backed up by forum mods. Op has provided no proof otherwise.

Edited for format @BenFenner

Correct. You felt that Jordan has a legitimate claim that Oscar should receive negative feedback. However that means you are reinforcing Jordan's claims of what he states above. All I did was point out that the only one of the reasons Jordan stated is indeed correct. However, the mods have already stated they are making a decision to close this or allow it to stay. I trust their judgment and I will stop posting on the matter. I think the other thread speaks for itself, but that's just my opinion.
