What he is trying to say is, there is NO place for personal attacks in this discussion. I am not siding with anyone, but you have overstepped your grounds by your prior post. I understand you are upset, but that is no reason to go after the man's personal choices and comparing him to a dead actor. Wrong on many levels

This forum is going to shit. I don't understand how anyone could believe the seller's ridiculous and tailored claims. He constantly brings up the buyer threatening him, yet I've seen no physical evidence of it. Claims he sent pics, again no evidence of it. PROVE IT. You've done nothing but dig yourself into a bigger hole. At the end of the day, theres no excuse for selling bunk, garbage parts which that header is. Funny that everyone is saying the damage is minimal. I bet if those people were in the same position as the buyer they'd be "attacking" the seller more then the buyer apparently has (still have yet to acknowledge any of it). The seller's put in no effort nor shown any intention of mending things at any point. The seller reached out on multiple occasions to resolve the issue as well as posted evidence. I still have trouble understanding how some of you can't comprehend that. Every single thing that was requested on the buyers behalf to post was posted, but nothing has been done on the seller's behalf but bitch and lie. There is absolutely no excuse for the condition of the header. Its true that 7/10 is interpreted differently by each individual. But damage such as previous repair work or physical damage to an item should always be disclosed, period. End of story. If that's considered 7/10 and is acceptable to sell without notifying a potential buyer, what would be the difference of me selling a blown motor and listing it as 8/10? It's irrelevant. It has nothing to do with anything. I hope this gets resolved. This thread should continue as long as it doesn't.

@dganic23 I sure hope you are not accusing me of any of those things (not sure why you are quoting my posts) as my posting clearly states "I am NOT siding with anyone on this". I am only addressing the personal attacks made on account of the seller.

Anything else is between the buyer and the seller and is not my business

@dganic23 it is going to shit. But this is how it is when popular or old members are called out. Party lines are established and the verbal attacks begin. Seen it happen to me and others. People disregard the evidence and established their opinions based on how much they like the member. Personally, I don't have a problem with Jordan, but he has lied numerous times in this thread and the one he started about Oscar. Its bullshit and I cannot believe the only punishment was negative feedback considering he flat out said he is not giving Oscar anything. This has resulted in other members being banned.

I'm not criticizing the mods decision on the matter. As I have said before I trust their judgement and they have their reasons for making that decision.

if you're trying to be fair, why don't you start qouting and commenting on everybody's personal attacks towards me and other members... if you read the whole thread, you will see that there's a lot, but i don't see why you Haven't decided to post and comment on the rest though?? this is the first personal comment I made which I strongly believe I'm on the money... now I got A Few members jumping all over my back.. everybody has made all kinds of personal attacks towards me and other members, but no one seems to be concerned about those though...

Wrong. I offered OP a full refund but he refuses to ship it back, even though "its usable but not to my liking." You can see now that my sarcastic post above let some of OP's real personality out, as he's starting to go to personal attacks. He basically told me to commit suicide. Wow. Only a matter of time before it gets worse. Told everyone what I've been dealing with.

I never said you didn't. However, in post #276 you said "I truly have nothing left to add at this point, as far as I'm concerned OP does not exist and I threw that header down a bottomless pit".

You have refused to work with OP to mitigate the situation. And for refusing to do so, you were given negative feedback.
