Nobody is telling you what you should or shouldn't run on your car or if you should be happy or pissed about this. Didn't he offer to refund the money if you just ship it back to him on your dime? I'll take it if you'll cover shipping fees to Raleigh NC.......

Yeah. I offered to refund the $350 but he wanted all of it back including to ship it back here. Then he said "pay me 175 or I'll 'ruin' you" - I wish I had done a search on this guy, it's clear I'm not the first one he's tried this crap now that I saw that other thread.

Sorry bro, it's my opinion that you're out of line even posting this thread. You said that you assumed it was in good condition, you didn't ask about the condition it was in, then when it showed up NOT in the condition you THOUGHT it MIGHT or SHOULD be in you were disappointed. That's called buyers remorse, get over it.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard lol

Thanks. The dumbest thing I ever heard was the expectation that a 4 year old exhaust manifold would show up in the condition that the buyer had in his head, without asking questions beforehand. And this is not the first time OP has had an experience like this.

That said, this is my last comment on the matter. I truly do hope the two can come to a reasonable compromise.

So what you're saying is that because it's 4 years old that justifies the condition that it's in? That's no excuse. Whether it's a month old or 10 years old, the header is damaged. End of story. Storm8800 needs to do something to resolve this.

Did you see the other thread? This is not the first time OP did this crap. I think $350 for a $700 header before UPS threw it all over the place was a fair price. It's unfortunate UPS sucks sometimes and if you see the condition of the box (remember it was a BRAND NEW box when it left)

And I won't be doing anything to resolve this, because of his continued threats, he is going to lose the Paypal dispute. As I said about 6 times, all he had to do was be a polite guy and not accuse me of scamming him from day 1.

The header was not damaged when it went out besides the superficial scrapes at the bottom, for the 10th time. And they were superficial, you can see it. Also notice the other thread he made accusing another seller he made the exact same thread title, "buyer beware XX" - I haven't even searched but I'm sure there's more.

HERE IS THE HEADER, right after I removed it in my garage, about a day before it was shipped to OP; I sent these photos to him:

.

That white stuff on it it, I think it's dried coolant or something that spilled out when we were pulling the motor. Sure it would come off with some degreaser.

Also. here is a print screen from the emails with him where he told me how he didn't want to pay more than a certain amount for shipping, and it ended up costing me $24..

And here is another photo I sent him, showing the undercarriage of my car when the header as on it:

THATS HOW IT LOOKED WHEN IT WENT OUT to him, minus a few minor scrapes. You can see the welded portion at the very bottom of the secondary which was added ON PURPOSE. He is the scam artist. He tried to extort/blackmail me of $175.00. No one thinks it's odd that I had a 42/42 all positive feedback before I sold something to this goofball? I mean seriously, did I really "plan" this all along, to build a reputation of an honest seller/buyer just to screw over Joe Blow one day on a header? I've been selling on eBay (100 percent positive) and on these forums (this one and the old forum) since the year 2000. That's over 14 years. It doesn't make any sense. The OP, on the other hand, has only 2 positive feedback on this forum. He doesn't care what happens. He has some sort of narcissistic/paranoid personality disorder. He thinks the world revolves around him. That's why I told him "its not LIFE, it's just a header" - yet he threatened me numerous times, he threatened past individuals he dealt with.

Hi Jet, that's actually not true. SE-Rmonkey and I are friends, true, but like I mentioned, he is 2 things: logical and fair. The fact is OP tried to extort money from me, and after his UPS claim failed he went nuts. I do not understand his motivations, but it appears he has emotional problems as he has done this before. SE-Rmonkey can post whatever he wishes. He is one of the most honest people I know, and he knows that I would never intentionally wrong someone else.

Both keep saying the other said this or that, but does either one of you have any of the messages saved? Jordan, stop saying there is something wrong with this guy, its a falacy and you are trying to persuade people to your side. Sentragtir, if you claim he said something, then you need to provide proof. The same goes to you Jordan. And feedback doesn't mean shit around here, as we have seen from chapnutz behavior. People do shit for many reasons, typically it is driven by extenuating circumstances. Kinda like how you have these problems with your girl, claim you are going to law school and need the money, and then fire sale everything. I think you are both idiots. The way that thing was shipped is BS and you need to own up to that Jordan. You made an assumption at the UPS store and it made an ass out of you.

Here is OP's post in this thread: http://www.sr20-forum.com/classifieds-user-feedback/58345-buyers-beware-92ser.html

- I highlighted the parts I found interesting and provided an additional comment in italics.

"Like the title says beware of this guy. Long story short i bought this suspension http://www.sr20-forum.com/suspension...g-springs.html from him and by the looks of the pics i was skeptical about how good the conditions were on it.but me being a trustful individual (Storm8800s note: HAHHAHAHHAH) i beleived that the suspension was good going by his description and his word as you guys could see he claimed to be good. After i installed them on my car i noticed that they were shot. So i took them off the car and then I proceeded to take off the springs off the strut and thats when i made the discovery. As soon as i found out i contacted 92ser to let him know that he needed to refund me or work something out. (Storm88000's note: This is EXACTLY what he did to me) right away he claimed that it was in perfect condition when he sold it to me and he didn't know why it was shot. Then he told me that his car was sitting for 6 months but before it was sitting the suspension was still good.then he had the nerve to say that i blew it out when i don't even drive my car much at all and I dont auto x or anything of that nature. He then told me he was going to be willing to work something out but then he just started to ignore my txts and phone calls. (Storm8800 note: I'm not surprised. OP texted me everyday for 2 weeks, about 10 times a day)- This is why im posting this thread.buyer's beware of this guy. Till day he ignores all my attempts to try to get ahold of him. (Storm88000: who wouldn't??) but i do see him logging on the forum and trying to sell more stuff and trying to buy mudflaps but he doesn't want to take responsibility to pay me back.
