I'm done helping you out once you started all of this. And sadly like I told you last night I was thinking about just giving in to your demands so you'd kindly leave me alone for ONE DAY (which you haven't for about 3 weeks) but then I got the email from Paypal.

you are a pathological liar Sir..

you're comparing apples to oranges... you Too seem to be missing the whole point of this thread...

But you missed the point of that statement. I'm not saying he's right for not thoroughly describing the item, but at the end of the day this is the internet, there is no apples and oranges bcuz what's an apple and what's an orange is relative to the person looking at it. You have to generalize all things apples to make an easier ruling on who was in the wrong here. Am I saying he's right for not accurately describing the item, no, but when getting a used part always ask and reask about wear and tear. Otherwise like I said it becomes harder to nail down who was really at fault.... That's all I'm trying to say. Make the mods life a whole lot easier

Wrong bro, if it were me I would have asked questions and NOT have purchased it if it didn't sound up to my standards. And if I didn't ask questions about the condition I wouldn't have set my expectations so high and cried about it when it showed up in "not what I hoped for" condition.

You refuse to accept responsibility in this. He offered you a refund, but you unreasonably want him to pay for return shipping. Pay to have it shipped back, take the refund he's offering you and learn from YOUR mistake.

you think you know it all don't you?? how do you conclude that he was willing to give me a refund?? were you the one texting for him or something?? please show the proof that he was a willing participant to give me a refund, Please...

Yep about a week ago I said to him, send it back and I'll refund the $350 (really should be $326 as I had to pay $24 of mw own but I told him not to worry about that) and he said no you have to pay all of it or I'll expose you or something.

You don't even realize it, but you're offering proof of how unreasonable you are every time you post.

logically, why would I send you the header, and pay to send it to you?? when you already have my money
to begin with... so this time it is right to assume that he is an honest guy huh?? and expect for him to refund me especially when you already did all this to me?? really?? I sometimes wish I could go in people's brains to see the way in which they think,Smh... I clearly told Jordan to send me my money back minus the shipping, plus shipping for his header to get it sent back... he never replied to that of course, just avoided the question and said something else.. the conversations will be posted up soon...

you obviously have a problem reading or you just choose to read what you want.. you have not said one single thing so far in this thread that could make the situation better... and now you want to act childish like your traditional Internet know it all... save all your comments I don't need any of that bullshit in my thread...

Let me rephrase that for you, or what you really meant to say: "you have not said one single thing in my favor"

-yeah, because he knows what you're doing.

Because he read what I posted I told you! If you recall, last week I said "send it back I'll refund the 350" and you said no that you wanted all the shipping costs too. Maybe if you were a little kinder I would have offered to pickup another $100 or so and take the loss. But no, threats, threats, blackmail, threats. Rinse, repeat..

ANYWAYS, I have said just about all I need to say in this thread. OP: you are wrong, you told only about 30 percent of the truth, you are backpedaling, you accused me of trying to scam you from day 1, you refused to pay more for shipping and I had to pick up the rest myself (but being nice I said don't worry about it) Apparently you expect a 4 year old header that was $700 new listed for $350 used to look like what? It was all there. No holes, no damage, no dents, no bends or crimps, all except a few artificial surface scrapes on the very bottom, and UPS did whatever else, THEY sent it from THEIR store in THEIR BOX and THEY saw everything! If they had a problem with it they sure didn't say so. What the hell else can I tell you?

And 1 last thing, it's been a suspiciously long time since you've been saying your going to post this and post that. But still nothing. So what are you doing all this time? My guess is you are trying to figure out what things you should and shouldn't post to better suit your argument depending on the way the thread is going for you; and you needed to wait to see how things went first. But I have the real information so don't bother. Give it a rest. Have fun. And stick to my original word of wisdom, it's an exhaust manifold, it's not life, and if you had been civil towards me, I would have probably done what you asked for. I don't respond well to being intimidated and threatened. No one really does. Adios
