So no pics of items were asked for or sent? Was the item described as not having physical damage?

As entertaining as this has been I'm fucking done reading all this back and forth bullshit if you were so concerned about looks and condition you should have bought a brand new header, either a cheapo from ebay or a real deal one from gspec or one of the many vendors here instead of being a tightwad cheapskate!!!! It was packaged poorly I agree 100% but its a one piece header for christ sake not glass. At the end of the day you get what you pay for some things I buy used but other things brand new thats just the way it is. I understand that you're upset but get over it already item was packaged poorly but at the same time trust no one when it comes to buying stuff on forums and craigslist etc if you can't see it in person ask for a thousand pictures before sending someone your hard earned money if they have a problem sending pics dont buy and keep it moving that simple.

There is definitely a lesson to be learned by both parties here. The problem is, interpretation and miscommunication completely fucked up this whole exchange, and nobody is willing (anymore) to make any sort of compromise. Now, I am biased on the side of Jordan, as I've bought several hundred dollars worth of wheels from him, all good deals. I've been very satisfied by my purchases from him, and he wouldn't strike me in anyway as being a scam artist. The fact of the matter is, he did not scam you on this deal.

My suggestion is that you both put all the petty drama bullshit aside and work out something. Walking away bitter after a sale is not the context you want to have.

- Jordan doesn't owe you for a header that you bought as is with minimal information, this was your choice 91sentra
- Jordan fucked up on the shipping part, there is no way around this

Now, with these two pieces of information, what could be a possible conclusion? In my opinion, a partial refund is the way to go. Until you both own up to your mistakes though, I'm afraid this won't happen. However, feel free to prove me wrong.

if you go back a read the txt conversations you could clearly see that i was a willing participant on a partial refund, now if jordan thought i was being unrealistic he should have thrown a number figure and we would have come to an agreement, but i was clear that he didn't want to refund anything..

I thought the two dents in the secondaries were the shipping damage. Looking back on the pictures now, they were pre-existent?

So yeah, where is the actual damage from the shipping?

this is all information that jordan knew about the item but still decided no to inform me about, apparently...

also for everbody thats defending jordan, you guys think that he's an honest individual??, even after he was made aware of the damages that the header arrived with by me?? he decided that he was going to re list it again but yet again he didn't post pics of the damages from the pics i sent him or the new pics he's presenting now?? you guys are all full of shit

Both of you 2 stop acting like bitches and take care of it like men.

Thing to note, in the pictures Jordan has (whether he sent them to the OP before the transaction) those little dents are present, so they werent created during shipping. Its just a question of whether or not he actually showed him those pictures before shipping I think.

Jordan if you can prove you showed those pictures to the OP before the transaction, I suggest you prove that.

again, he never sent any pictures to me.. if he would have sent me those pictures he presented now, I would have questioned it right there and then and I wouldn't have bought anything..

And what made you not ask this questions from the get go?

you guys need to go back and read this whole thread because you guys keep asking for all the info that has been answered...

ill answer you though, he had a very positive trader rating and also was aware that he hadn't ripped anyone off before, that's why sir..

See if he'll agree to receive it by greyhound, it'll cost you like $30 to ship it back. I shipped a bumper across country for $45. Package it good

So please explain who's fault it is that you didn't ask for details and/or pictures of it's condition? No doubt in my mind that Jordan would have given you all the pics and detail you could ever want if you had asked for it.
