I've been on my death bed this past week, so I've been a ghost online. Sorry about that.
@LAM-PARK has been doing a great job of keeping track of the trail of tears @B14er has left behind so I haven't been as active in this thread as I would normally.

While we all enjoyed the swift justice of Cliff in the past regarding matters such as this, he had the luxury of timely discourse with the perpetrators making it clear how the outcome would unfold, often allowing for quick action.
In this case (and one other high profile situation recently), banning the user so quickly has not been an option. If there is any chance the buyers in this thread could be given refunds or eventually get parts shipped, then the seller needs to be able to operate on the forum to make that happen. And then, to encourage such refunds and item shipments no matter how long they take it never made any sense to me to ban a user, or threaten to ban a user if there is any hope they will eventually make things right. You want to dangle a carrot in front of them, and promise them leniency. The only thing banning accomplishes really is to make sure we never hear from them again. Logically, this has always been the last resort. Cliff just got lucky in his dealings and it became very clear very quickly what needed to be done.

It's sort of up to the person getting screwed over as to how long they want to drag things out. Now, clearly it's been long enough and it is probably time for everyone involved to give up on this front. Refusing to make it right with the buyers by his inaction is clear grounds for banishment from the forum and addition to the blacklist (if I haven't done that already). I always hold out hope for those involved that they may be made whole again and hold off on banning users prematurely because that all but guarantees no one will be made whole, but the time has come to let this one go.

I've added @B14er (Sumetha Pothang) to the blacklist (really, we should start doing that at the beginning of these troubles instead of at the end, and remove it if things work out). The ban will apply soon if there are no objections from those involved.

I completely agree with what you said Ben, but this thread got created in August and its obvious that the seller is not going to take responsibility. I honestly don't think that it should take you 4 months to figure that out, but to each their own I guess if the seller wanted to to make right on this ordeal then it shouldn't have taken more than a PM to make it right. in my opinion when someone creates a thread like this there is going to be absolutely no merit to the issue as far as getting your money back or parts because it really doesn't need to get this far.

It takes me more than 4 months to figure out what I'm having for lunch.
