My vote is not to ban him at this time but to lock his access down to just this thread if possible or leaving him only able to post in this thread and nowhere else. I'm sure you can link it to his IP address as well to prevent him from reincarnating himself.

Sadly, often times it clouds the judgement and gives false hope.

I will say though, there are legit companies now bringing all sorts of JDM items over to the US with years of success and plenty of trust. It might be time to start thinking about one of these places. I'm been working with one personally for a while now. When they follow through I will name names.

The problem with locking down the IP is DHCP. The IP will change every so often (typically 2 weeks) and this would have to be done over and over... then there are proxies...
