he has it... He came to get it, and it did sound like he was going to ship it because he had asked when he came to get it if I still had anything to ship it in. The answer was no. Im going to try and get the parts or see what I can do about getting him to ship, but thats a fat chance.

It is the tranny and a 92mm Mazworx block. Only need to ship it to a warehouse in C. A. As they will then ship it in a shared container.
If you are able to trace them down, get a quote to freight them. I will then make arrangements to pay for the freight.

Shipping to California should be easy, this is no excuse on Jer's end. If this doesn't get resolved Jer_760 will be finding himself on the blacklist on a few SR20 forums.
