I would keep complaining to PayPal. talk to a supervisor then manager then director then VP if you have to. Tell them that it's not fair that their selling used a loophole (2 months) to straggle along and you're out your money. you need to play the victim card man! they all fold!

I have send an email to Paypal and the website promised that they will respond to me within 48 hours.

Damn this is pretty fucked up. I almost bought the block he was selling to build a back up. Sorry to see this happen man. Hopefully it works out in your favor.

I will try and get in touch with him. I have resources. Please everyone get together for who ever else might have parts he sold out there and decide on (if I can get the parts) if you all think itll be worth it to you to repay for shipping costs... In the end it will be more expensive so just decide. Other then that, its all I can do. Even if I do see him ,I cant make the guy ship stuff out. Cant even believe he agreed without a quote to ship to Aussie land... Nuts. Thats why you take it to a freight company drop it off and then get a quote. Then youll know how much including the wooden/plastic container itll be to go down under...
