I think the only reason the guy hasn't been banned is because of who he knows, had this been joe schmo they woulda been gone along time ago.. if you cant ban him from the forum ban him from the classifieds.

I avoided business with him just simply from what i've heard so I have no experience, but based on what i've heard I dont understand how he can still be allowed to sell anything here anymore.

EDIT: To add, I've heard such things for more than a year. I think thats long enough to justify action as this song is stuck on repeat.

funny, heard SOOO many bad things. oddly enough there is less than a handful of members that the only absolute issue was length in time to ship. had only 1 person that wasn't happy with quality and they were refunded their money.

putting the health and well being of my family is more important than anything. my 5yr old daughter had surgery today, something myself and pregnant wife(who is having health issues as well) were dreading since the DR set this up. there has been some things that have happened in the past few months that i choose not to talk about because it is extremely frightening, and we won't get a 100% definite answer until my son is born.

I have had personal issues prevent me from doing stuff, but I don't blow off all communication. I have personal friends who never mentioned the issues with you, Justin, on the forum because they just wanted to be done and over with it. I dunno why, but communication of all things is key.

As far as shipping to Canada is concerned, you could just mark it as a gift with $50 declared value to avoid any customs tax, however your items will be also insured up to a max of $50 so its a bit of a gamble.

CTUS = Continental US = Domestic = No customs. Please read attached document as it is the USPS customs declaration guideline that is the most current and is published on usps.com. If your shipping agent is telling you otherwise, they are not doing their job correctly.
