Regardless of what happened to the package, I never received it, and he never offered to refund my money or to make it right. The package is the shippers responsibility until the package reaches the buyer. Because of his positive feedback, I gave him the benefit of the doubt waiting for a reply about the item. Unfortunately I waited too long to get a refund thru PayPal. So im the one out the money and no item because he didnt use shipment tracking. How is that my fault?
