I can tell you right now, Chap is a standup guy!! I bought an item from him a few months back, and he called me on my cell personally to make sure it got delivered as there as a snafu (due to an issue on my part with moving etc) on my part

This buyer needs to get his crap together!

I just went through this with Paypal, $1500 diamond bracelet the wife wanted to sell. Lady reported it as a did not send item and fraud charge. Well that's good and all lady, but why is your signature on the signature verification? She then had the CC company do it.

@chapnutz1, call paypal resolution center and talk to them (if he has a dispute). They will ramp it up and have it closed in a couple days.
