Kevin, why don't we give Jer_760 a few more days to respond?

I do not know what his exact schedule is, but in my past I have worked multiple jobs for years at a time, weekends and nights. He could be tied up with emergencies, etc.. Jer_760 also has to go through his receipts, which would be a pretty critical receipt if it can be located.

It has only been less than 3-days right now since this thread opened on 8/15/2012 at 3:11 pm.

Once again, looking at Jer_760's proven track record and history, I am still hoping for a more facts, jer_760's personal response, and perhaps a more satisfactory result and resolution to this issue.

I think Jeremy has alot on his plate. Even when I delt with him months ago he had a lot going on, from what he told me at the time.

Did he turn off his phone too? I've called and texted and he ignores that too.

And for those that haven't read the while deal I didn't install them until Aug. 1 since they came after the time I had planned on installing them. Had they came on time this thread would have been started July6.

I've worked various jobs where texting/calling were highly frowned upon. Emergency only. I've also worked multiple jobs at the same time, and used to work 32 out of 48 hours, from Friday night to Sunday day, 4 shifts in a row, for nine months straight.

Not everyone works 9-5. Maybe someone in the hospital? Maybe Jeremy is digging through his receipts right now?

10-years, 17 happy transactions, YES Jeremy deserves some appropriate time-frame to respond.

You don't know it, but the Staff of this forum is comprised of top-notch human beings. Everybody takes this shit very seriously. You have Nathan (wnwright, Super Moderator) baby-sitting this thread, and Cliff Thee Administrator Head Honcho is also present and accounted for.

You've made the thread, we have heard your side and the support from Bob-E. We have not heard from Jeremy in the last 65 hours, less than 3-days, except through wnwright.

Please give the Staff some time to work and Jeremy some time-frame to respond. Further, the reasonable time-frame appropriate for Jeremy to respond is decided by the Staff.

I understand and can empathize with your impatience to settle things, but right now you should stay civil, mature, professional and cool and let this matter run its course.
