it takes a long time to ship things from one country to another. With customs and all that I am sure you will see your part. Very sure.

I'm not taking any sides here, remaining neutral.

However, I'd really like to get jer_760's full response and side to this story (beyond the email passed along by Nathan). He's been on the forums since 2003, he's got 13 positive transactions on the other forum, and 4 positive transactions on this forum. I've never heard anything shady about him, rather the exact opposite. He deserves the courtesy of the benefit of the doubt until all the facts are presented.

I only have one concern, why did you try to race on something that you were iffy about from before the install. I had a pretty big down with a reputable person on this board and the main thing I did when I saw something was wrong was NOT INSTALL THEM!!!

If you ask me you are as much at fault for them failing as he is. At least if you would have raised issue with it before installing them and give him a chance to refund and get them back. And no I don't think 1 week is enough time for some one to respond. I don't really raise issue with refund until my Paypal gets to the no refund at all period (45 days). I also don't send anything over $100 as a gift.

He sent a follow up message worried that you read this and freaked out. He says he shipped same day he shipped to Derm. He says last tracking was on July 28/29 in Coppell.

Disney/Bryan

Please post all emails/texts/etc about the transaction and any pictures of as received/current condition that you have. I have also asked Jeremy to do the same. Right now it is just alot of words from both sides and finger pointing.

I would like to see resolution to this ASAP.

Very odd of him. Delt with him before, although communication was slow(messages via his gf phone, as he said) he still made good on our purchase. Parts arrived as he described.

Hope this gets straightened out. We all know losing hard earned money sucks!

I bought the custom Intake Manifold he was selling around the same time and had a similar experience when buying. Paid extra over someone else in order to get the manifold. I did this simply because I really wanted it.

That being said, I did get the manifold/throttle body about 10 days or so later I believe. Would have to look at paypal records to confirm for sure. I did not receive the outlaw spacers that I was supposed to get with the manifold, but did not even bother complaining about it as I was so happy to see the manfiold and q45 throttle body.

I don't think Jeremy is a bad guy at all. We texted about sr20's on and off for several days and he always kept me informed with the parts. He might have a lot on his plate and not be as into the scene as he used to but I doubt he is on here trying to shaft people after being an enthusiast for all this time.

I'm no mathmatission (or speller) but several threads against the guy, not a single post from the guy.......something isn't adding up. Especially since he is apperently communicating through someone here. All I know is if someone "claims" I did them wrong and makes a thread about it PLEASE BELIEVE ill be the very 1st post in trying to defend myself........

I think his reply of being at work and shutting his internet off is valid. On that note until all is resolved maybe locking his FS threads is a good compromise. I just think the whole deal is sketchy. Seller for a couple less the good sells recently (as most can tell he has had it with SR20s atleast for now) and buyer for installing them even though he was not sure of them when he got them.

I'm just saying if I went down to a pick a part for a trans and when I got home the case was cracked I wouldn't just throw it on my car then when it fails go to to the pick a part and say your trans is f-ed. I would take it back immediately and get a replacement or my money back.
