Like I already said I tried to work shit out with this guy I couldn't reply back to him for 2-3 days cuz of something real important and then he wants to make all kinds of threats in text messages and her on the forums I offerd to give him half his money back and I even took it as far as to give him a b13 tranny and he couldn't wait 2days like I already stated after all this threats of kicking my ass hunting me down treating my family etc etc he's not getting shit back from me I tried to work with him from day one so it's not like I didnt try to help this guy he checked out the item in pics before he came and a good 15mins before he bought them etc so do what u mods gotta do I've sold plenty of shit on here before this happens and after and not one complain but this guy....

For the record again I've never threatened your family or anything like that. So stop accusing me of that.if you were so busy why were you able to log on the forum but you couldn't answer my calls or txts the same days i was trying to get ahold of you?You are lying. You know damn well you weren't busy or anything.you just didn't want to take responsibility. And also you never offered to give me half of the money. I was the one that demanded that from you.then i asked you if you still had the transmission of the other b13 that you claimed you had and was going to sell and you said yes, then i told him if he wanted to he could give me that instead of the money and he agreed to it.i actually told him that i would pull it out from the car and all.the transmission also had 5th gear pop out but at that point i didn't care because it was clear that he wasn't going to pay me my money back. Yes i looked at the pics and i was skeptical about the condition that they appeared to be so i asked him many times before i bought them if they were in good working conditions and he assured me that they were in good condition. So i decided to believe him but that was the biggest mistake i did.i also did looked at them before i bought them but with the Springs being on there i couldn't tell if the struts were shot. Oh and what are all the threats that you claim i made? Could you prove that? Because i have the whole conversation from before i even bought that suspension from you and i don't see all those threats you claim.

I've been a forum member for a long time here and in the o.g forum and have never had an issue before. Im not going to mess up my reputation and credibility for some chump change. This guy is fresh to this forum and not to mention new to this se-r game coming from the honda game. Maybe he has a bad rep wherever he came from who knows.

All i have to say is for you guys to go on all his for sale threads and pics of the stuff he is selling speak for themselves. Also the comments that people said. Especially on the o.g forum. Go and look him up. He goes by fizzle something. If you go on the suspension classifieds you guys will find it.
