Thread: buyers beware of 92ser

Like the title says beware of this guy. Long story short i bought this suspension http://www.sr20-forum.com/suspension-brakes/56822-kyb-agx-progress-lowering-springs.html from him and by the looks of the pics i was skeptical about how good the conditions were on it. but me being a trustful individual i beleived that the suspension was good going by his description and his word as you guys could see he claimed to be good. After i installed them on my car i noticed that they were shot. So i took them off the car and then I proceeded to take off the springs off the strut and thats when i made the discovery. As soon as i found out i contacted 92ser to let him know that he needed to refund me or work something out. right away he claimed that it was in perfect condition when he sold it to me and he didn't know why it was shot. Then he told me that his car was sitting for 6 months but before it was sitting the suspension was still good.then he had the nerve to say that i blew it out when i don't even drive my car much at all and I dont auto x or anything of that nature. He then told me he was going to be willing to work something out but then he just started to ignore my txts and phone calls. This is why im posting this thread.buyer's beware of this guy. Till day he ignores all my attempts to try to get ahold of him.but i do see him logging on the forum and trying to sell more stuff and trying to buy mudflaps but he doesn't want to take responsibility to pay me back. What i find funny that he claims to be broke but his desperately trying to buy mud flaps. I don't get it.

I was going to sell him some mudflaps, now that I seen he screwed you over oscar. I rather just keep them.

Not taking sides but did you see the struts before you installed them or did he ship them to you. Usually you can tell if they are blowen by pressing down on them. Either way that sucks

This guy is comedy man I sold him that shit just fine he and I both checked out the agx before he bought them for a good 10mins if u hade any dought if they where blown then why the fuck u buy them for? U took a week back to respond to me and they just the two front ones where blown how all of a sudden just the two front ones are blown and not the backs?? Lol when in first place u wanted just the backs but I told u no that I'm selling all 4 of the together u did contact me and I told I was willing to give u half the money back and let u keep the back two agx or give u a b13 tranny well the day he wanted to come out I was just to busy and hade no time I told him that and forgot about him for 1 day so he thought I was trying to ignore him And starts sending me all thes threats and talking shit on my car lol... Ya real mature and that's the sole reason I'm not giving this faggot his money back he took a week to respond back for all I know he fucked them up or some shit and is just trying to pull one over on me I even met this guy half way so he could check them out I still have all the original texts and threats etc for proof...

I just got done selling a lot of shit on here and not one complain but this dude sold a 92 b13 and bunch of other stuff most all shipped so I don't be ripping ppl off like this bitch says
