I wasn't a part of this forum until a member made me aware of what was missing in the market for this car. I came on as a sign of good faith and not to tackle customer service issues. But, since the thread was brought to my attention I had no problem coming here and seeing what I could do to help. I don't really sugar coat anything I say, but I do my best not to disrespect any of our customers intentionally. By saying "child like" behavior, it's the best way to describe the situation. If offense was taken from that then my sincerest apologies. The customer knows how to reach me if they want to have a professional conversation. We are on 50+ forums, so believe me I've had my run in with unsatisfied customers, but like I said, respect is earned not given. If I haven't earned your respect then I will keep trying unless you give me a reason not to.

We have all been dissapointed with a product at leasr once in our lifetime. It doesnt mean we go throwing a fit at stores etc etc. Post pics, proof scan your recipts and they will be able to help solve your issue sooner.

you guys arte fucking hilarious i got ripped here and was trying to give u the heads up about these people. but u wanna defend them when i have the pics to show all the wrongs. whatever enjoy your messed up hoods and trunks when they arrive if they arrive. srry for helping you guys. my new pics will be up later

, and boostlee you need a time out where in the hell did the words money or a refund come out of my mouth. and this company has had a year to sort this out, i have wrote this off as a loss and a win for them so dont tell me to chill when it wasnt your money that was screwed

the problem is that they didnt want to help at all. im not here for a refund im just telling you guys there product is total shit what is so hard to see

Seriously.... cherry love is trying to show you guys the quality is not good on these catbon fiber products and the customer service is not good also...they ignored him and now that they have a chance of losing money they are sorry...under new management ect. But anyways lets see what happens after he puts up more pics like they are asking for although i dont think they will fix anything

If that really is an Extreme Dimensions / Carbon Creations hood (and I haven't heard anyone say differently) and Extreme Dimensions / Carbon Creations said they are not happy with the quality of the hood, and that if they shipped something out like that today they would refund it at no cost... Then why cherry love has not been offered a replacement (completely redesigned with proper shape and construction) or full refund is completely beyond me. I don't care how long it has been.

As a company, you don't come in here and say "You're right, that hood is pretty bad. We knew that, so we've redesigned it. Too bad you didn't let us know a year ago lol. Our hands are tied."

That speaks VOLUMES.



I'll say this again. If this is the reason we have limited aftermarket support... Because the only other option we have is total rubbish pedaled by shysters who won't admit to a mistake and make it right? Then I'd rather we have no support at all.

Those leading-edge corners are a fucking joke.

thank you guys but seriously where did i say i want anything im simplly leting you knowhow i feel and that they did not want to do anything for me!!you guys can buy them if you want, i am apart of this community and its my duty to let you guys know if there is a problem with something, just so you diont go throught the same thing i did, now he already said he cant do anything about it just like before. now in this case he has to answer on here because of me but on the other hand i bet they didnt think id be on here so its the luck of the draw.
