This is because of poor qaulity. The hood was poorly made.

Guys if it was me id avoid this new gb all together.

Just so you guys know Extreme Dimensions owns Carbon Creations its our Sub Brand. Now on to the fitment issue. By the images that I've seen the hood has been through some tough times. The old carbon creations badge tells me that this hood was bought quite some time ago as well because we haven't used those badges for at least a year or two now. Since then we've changed a lot of the quality control procedures. We've also upgraded our customer service to the point where we strive to make each individual customer fully satisfied. If you were to show me pictures of this hood the way you have it now, I would have replaced it for you free of costs. You should not have to pay for something that does not fit properly. Since its Carbon Fiber you can't even really modify it in anyway to fit. So I understand your dilemma. I apologize about the quality of the part you received but I can assure you that it will not happen again, especially if you buy directly from us, the manufacturer. thats funny there is not a mark on this hood from me you r looking at dirt it needs cleaned, when i saw they were having a gb i said oh shit i better let them know what they r getting in to. this hood has no saftey latch it is bleeding through bad, dont even for a min accuse me of neglecting this hood, and i dont care if you say we havnt sold that one for some time now because i got it in the summer . i love my car so me buying a piece of shit hood well that wasnt what i had planned on. and your coustmer service well they wouldnt help matter afact they stopped taking or responding to my emails. and how do you plan on making this right with me then huh,. i will clean this today and takwe a pic, it looks very nice, now this was my problems plain n simple
1 edges are wavy no where near straight
2 the front corners are rounded
3 the back corners where filled with only gel coat no cf material
4 there r dark and light spots all over this hood
5 there is big black dots showing threw.

Im sorry our Customer Service team didn't treat you with the respect that you very well deserve. I was brought into this company about a year ago, my job was to change the issues and problems we were having with our retail customers. Whether it be forum, website sales or retail sales. If you bought it last summer there is not much I can do, because our policy only allows us create cases for orders no older then a month. But still send me your pics and your sales order number and if I am able to assist you I most definitely will!

now this just shows this forum that your company did nothing to help me after several complaints and you still do nothing i have the new pics i will be loading them after while. i cleaned it up
