Please refer back to where I've cussed to express my feelings about this matter. If someone was willing to look into seeing why your matter wasn't resolved, or assist you in getting an exchange wouldn't you fill out one piece of paper that only required 2-3 sentences. Obviously that's too much too ask and I will not be told to leave, you have no control over that. I am not here trying to sell.

I do believe you were treated poorly and I'd love to make it up to you and avoid any type of fiasco. Not to mention, we don't want products like the one you have out in the wild with our name on it. We are ashamed of the product you received a year ago. Even though it is outside of our normal return/exchange policy, I would love to make an exception for your case. Please, get in contact with me here, here, or here and we will work out an exchange for you, free of charge. I promise you our product quality is much improved and you will be absolutely satisfied with the replacement hood. The leading corners of our hoods have seen particularly close attention as you noticed they are sub-par. If you are not 100% satisfied with the replacement hood, again we will pay for you to ship it back and issue you a full refund.

Again, I apologize for the way you were treated by our company earlier and I'd love the opportunity to fix this."

Why don't you answer this question,

If all Cherry needed to do was fill out a 1 page Case Worksheet why didn't he do so? How am I suppose to help someone that doesn't want to be helped??? Why can't he provide me with a sales order number?? Why is it so hard for him to get me information that proves in fact he has our product and didn't buy it from Joe's Carbon Fiber Shop down the street?? If you owned a shop wouldn't you want to see some kind of proof of purchase??

You tell me if this looks difficult to fill out..


I will not help someone who refuses to fill out our case worksheet so we can have it on file. You can quote me on that if you'd like.
