Make him pay bro. I came really close to learning that lesson trying to help out a friend when I moved to college 3 hrs away. He made the first payment and dodged me for 3 months. I luckily kept the title and just showed up one day to his house. I told him he basically got a hell of a deal on a rental and left w the car.

Have a friend go take the car for a test drive with him in it. Have your friend make sure he has the title. You be waiting somewhere, and he drives the car to you with the title. If the title is still in your name, just call th epolice and say this guy is trying to steal teh car with the test drive and assaulted you and your friend. And enjoy the fun shit this dipshit will go through trying to prove otherwise. Just punch yourself in the face a couple of times and ruffle your hair up. Fuck his day good.

you need to have like 4 people calling him from diff numbers... all with bogus offers for the car...than he has no choice to sell it to at least one of thoose guys..then od as dan said...have your buddy tak it for a test drive and bam.

I would find him driving it, pull in front, hit the brakes and get the insurance
