I will have the car jacked up tomorrow or the next day replacing the axles and probably seals so I will post some more pics and pics of the control arms.

Iwannagofast,

This car has been documented on the forum EXTENSIVELY and the flaws were shown. You have been a member for 2.5 years. If you haven't heard of Vadim's thread(s) then it is your own neglect for purchasing a car after having seen the pictures. There was another se-l in town that had complete upgraded everything (even had the rear beam bent zero toe. Only issues it had were faded paint and possibly new ball joints needed. I had n1 cams and a b15 trans and it was very clean. I just dont understand how you could have seen two cars in the same city within 15 minutes of each other and bought a car that you inspected in person. It doesn't matter what the seller says in a used car. If you physically checked it out and asked during inspection of any negatives he could have provided those. If you did not ask, then it is not the seller's fault. If there was one spot of small rust where the acne was on the rear quarter panel which was in vadim's 15,000 posts the buyer should have known. I think the err leans to the buyer and not the seller.

For all we know, you are him since your location is the same as the seller.............. and if it really is the seller, that is just insulting.

Right so you resent the fact this feedback thread is being used for feedback? I notice there is absolutely no denial of the theft in there.

Or are you saying that theft doesn't count if its old or happened at a different part of the internet?

I think this is the appropriate place for my grievance which you never did anything to settle. Nothing.

There is another chapter to this story that I remembered today. The initial theft took place in 2006. Chris sold his turbo B13 and bought it back. It had been substantially upgraded with a 2871R and a standalone and Chris promptly broke it.

I had been living in Portland OR but in summer 2007 was up in Bremerton WA working a tough project on the Naval base there. Lots of overtime but very long hours outside w rain gear on. I reached out to Chris (again) to see if I could at least get my engine stand and hoist back. He immediately demanded that I withdraw my negative feedback but said I could come get them. So after a 12 hour shift I hopped a ferry to Everett on a Thursday evening. When I reached Chris's place it became clear he just wanted me to look at his broken car.

After a half hour I asked him for my stuff and was informed that it was at a storage unit "I hope my bitch ex-girlfriend payed the fees. I told her she has to pay it" he says . Guess what? she didn't the storage unit was locked up. I spent $30 on the ferry and several hours for nothing.

Anyway he assured me he would set me straight with money (once again) which quickly turned into "I'll see what I can do" which turned quickly into him just ignoring me again.

I happen to know nobody in the SR community up in Everett was sad to see him go to Alaska but I'll leave that be.

I agree 100% but as far as that goes the pics Chris posted make the car look soooooo much better than we all know the car actually is. Shoot I wanted to go an buy it and I read every post Vadim put on that car. Vadim sold it because it had gotten so hooned out and rusted that he couldn't stand it anymore. Plus all Chris's e-thugging and threatening doesn't really speak to a rational innocent person.

The car worn me out. I spent too much time into and I hated to drive it when it was fully modded. The car has multiple points of rust, mainly surface rust, but when someone says no rust, that means no surface rust either in my book.

There is some surface rust and some deeper rust here and there. Nothing Major, but it's still there!

There is a rust spot on the quarter panel, to the left of the rear left wheel and to the right. And some rust connecting the two metals (this one is hard to see from the outside, but should be visible if you look into the wheel well)

Car was hit in the quarter

We pulled it out and bondoed it as a temporary solution. I was eventually going to get a shop to replace it all, but the repair price was more then the car was worth to me.

The quarter being off, even painted, should have been explicitly said in the for sale thread. Instead camera angels covered it up.

I documented the build of the car, you can see pictures of just about everything in this thread: http://www.sr20-forum.com/members-rides/200-vadims-99-sentra-se-l-angry-smurf.html

But dude you drilled and wrenched and cut and beat on that car. None of that stuff came across in Chris's ad.

For the record. Apparently Chris can only keep track of 3 internet tabs at once. That's why he forgot to pay me.

I vote for ban. That's all I really want. Don't let this guy show up in 2-3 years and say "hey everybody I just dropped 10 grand on a sweet SE-R look at me."

Why is my fault that I made the car look "better"? I'm confused...

I'm no E-Thug there little guy. Also what's your PP? I'm about tired of you

crying over 150 bucks there broke guy. Also just curious but how is it that

you want me banned? Also just curious but what would be the reason for the

ban?
