You have asked several times for people to "show up to your house" and given your address on here almost ASKING for a form of altercation.

What I do not understand in reading these posts is if the guy who bought the car saw this when he picked it up then why did he part with his money on the front end? You flew in saw the car, you could bought another plane ticket back home and not bought the car. You are not obligated to purchase until the full amount has been paid and if he would not have refunded your money then you could have sued him.

Just from the pictures alone if they were posted by him then you can see the rear quarter body damage and it was NOT right. You still have grounds for legal action if he represented the car to be something it is not and can get a claim on what you feel is fair for the money you want back. However, it will be difficult since you inspected the car before you purchased it and could have made those determinations before you bought it.

^ From what i understand their was only 1 flight in he bought a 1 way ticket and would not be able to get another ticket for another day or so on a going home flight. Fact of the matter is he flew there, was lied to before coming, and wasted his time and figured ok, instead of having this be a lost cause maybe i can fix it up, but then got fucked by the car even more on the way home and noticed even more wrong.

If this was me id be freaking out going dude im so sorry. Hell rubberbucanere came to my house to buy b14 calipers and we thought we couldnt find 2 bolts, i was freaking out telling him im so sorry because i felt like shit, i hate accidently fucking people over let alone doing it on purpose, i offered to give him the calipers free, which he said no thats ok to, but in the long run we found the bolts anyway. And everything got done. Hell we found out his master cylinder and right rear caliper was bad, and i told him dont worry about paying me right now go to the yard, get the parts you need and lets fix all your brakes the correct way. Its the right thing and way to do things. You keep fucking people over people will learn who you are, and good luck selling a bolt, eventually people wont even sell to you as well. So you will move onto hondas, or fords and eventually your name will catch up to you again, and again, and again. Thats why you dont fuck people over.

I would have went back to the airport but as I had already told Chris when he picked me up was that unless you book out a week or two a one way ticket was $750 believe it or not.

I should have inspect the car as I usually would have if I had bought it locally.
I took a quick peak under the rear of the car and it looked decent. Chris proceeded to tell me he "just had the car on a lift because of the VRS piping getting welded on and there is no rust on the underside, looks great". Once I noticed axle grease everywhere I took a look at the control arms and they are so rusted through that it looks like there is hardly anything holding them together.

On the ride back from the airport I told him a story of my brothers SE-L having been from up north and having rust all underneath and on the wheel wells. He then proceeded to tell me for the first time there was a "tiny spec about the diameter of this straw (pointed to a soft drink straw that was in a cup in his cupholder)" "That's the only thing wrong with the car he said."

^ he was probally responding to how big his penise was, about the spec of the diameter of his straw. While his e-penise is being fucking huge right now trying to defend himself with this information that is HIGHLY stacked against him.

I also like this comment. Since Chris is in the Coast Guard this now makes him a great fighter.

I am sure that the United States Coast Guard will love to know that one of their members is going around provoking fights telling everyone to show up at his "parent's" house to fight.

Everyone on here is sick of liars and scumbags like you sir. You keep telling everyone to show up at your house. Well if I recall it correctly I already wasted the money and have been there once, you buy a ticket, bring the $3,500 and come to mine and we'll see how it ends.

It's funny how you are going to sit here and run your mouth on a forum that was designed with the intent of gathering people with a similar interest in the same engine/car.

"Oh come to my house, I'll beat you up." LOL Better meet me by the bike rack at 3pm!

That is exactly what I did, but it was first gear how did you guess?

Even if I did drive the car in 2nd gear with the pedal to the floor for a 7 hour drive I can almost guarantee you that the axle boots wouldn't rip apart.

that sucks, I know from personal experience that if the car has been in Florida or up north the acidic climate and environment will cause things to smelt and rust. It will also cause rubber to dry out and get hard like plastic just part of those climates and environments. Every car I have bought from Tennessee has been straight but as far as up North cars that is the risk you take. Check out lemmonsquad.com, for 100 bucks they will inspect the car and they know what they are doing.

Most northern cars I have seen though has that tar based undercoat on it which is suppose to protect the under carriage of the car. This coating is the only thing that saved my NX from being a total rust bucket. I know it hurts and pisses you off but there is not much you can do other than pursing legal action and asking for your money back. AS IS is AS IS and under the law it holds a lot of weight. Good Luck with it.

I think we need to start a new forum, sr20-failures.com for the blacklist people to go constantly fuck themselves over and over again.
