EDIT - Paxton has done the right thing and refunded me the money for this turbo.
I have since changed my mind about not doing business with him. He is good to go in my book.

You should have been taken care of before now. That is some genuine shenanigans there.

When I turbo-ed my B13 in 2007 I got sent a busted T25/T28 hybrid with ebay compressor housing that the seller assured me was a sweet factory GTiR T28... well the manifold and O2 housing were sigh... I got the mods on his ass immediately and luckily it turned out ok.

That's insane, who the hell would sell that?

I did but this was back in December. Way too long to try and get my money back from them

Never too late to call your bank if it was paid via debit/credit through paypal.

Not going to hide from this at all, I did not intentionally sell a bad turbo nor did I intend to rip blair off. Ran into some hard financial times ( which is why the project got parted out ). I said I would pay him for the mishap and I stand by that. As it is stated, he didn't get back to me for months and by then that money had been spent. Things are getting better now and I am able to comply with my secondary obligations such as this.

Blair has received the first of two payments of two hundred dollars as of today. He will receive the next two hundred dollars by next weekend.

I understand this is a trusting forum, but life doesn't always work out the way you plan. By no means am I saying that he was wrong to post this thread... I would be a little fed up if I were him as well. With that being said, the situation IS being rectified.

I love this forum, and I don't want a black mark on my name nor do I want to rip someone off.
