I was pretty sure they were not blown when I removed them but I did not disassemble them and test the struts. the buyer disassembled the coilover in question and made a video of him pushing the strut in by hand and it not returning. So I sold a coilover setup with a blown strut. I refunded the amount it would cost to get a replacement strut and both sides were happy. This is just to show it can happen. If I was selling a motor it would have leak down and comp numbers to protect myself.

this happened to me as well, I sold a slightly smoking turbo (he was ok with a slight smoke), when the dude installed him the turbo smoked like mad, and while on my car it didnt do that.
It can happen but you need to man up and do something about it. I refunded the guy all his money, and gave him some extra bucks for the cost of the mechanic that installed my turbo. The guy understood and had no issues with me, since I apologized and tried to make things right. He even bought another things for me since he knows that I stand up for what I sell, and he has had no issues with those other parts
EDIT: I mean that the guy who sold the engine to wolf needs to man up not you

I wish this guy was a little bit like yourself but no, he has not answered anything, not a single word to me.

Guys, if someone can do it, please contact him and tell him to stand up and fix this.

You have my name my number my job come see me I have sold items to 99% of the people on this forum some people a lot extra things for free with no problems so go fuck yourself the motor was fine when i shipped it and I even paid the extra hundred bucks because you picked it up late but whatever. I am not hiding you have all my info and all you little batches looking for somthing bad to add nver stop to think how come no else dont have anything negative to say about a past sale

You scumbag. I did not pay attention to this. YOU ARE A DAMN LIAR.

I did EVERYTHING I COULD to pick it up on time BECAUSE YOU SHIPPED IT WHEN YOU WANTED, TOTALLY OUT OF SCHEDULE, you were supposed to ship it middle of Dec. You had it on car, then your mother got sick fine and that took you 2 more weeks to ship it out with home picking, I couln't image if you had to take it to them. I had to email you asking about news on shipping and you emailed me back on Dec 31 telling me they picked up (they did on Dec 28 10) If I didn't ask probably you wouldn't had tell me nothing until engine had arrived.

RE: shipping info for sr20det engine UPDATE 12-31-10

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
hey just wanted to get you that tracking number and i also need you phone number so they can call you when the item arrives thanks

tracking is 285774264 R&L carriers get me that info asap so i can have it changed with RL for now i used my info just i could have gotten it shipped out on time. when i checked it looked good for next week tuesday
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Because of this and with so few days, I had to reschedule a 300 mile trip and many more things just because you were changing things as you wished.

Back then I check tracking number and gave me this info:

Current Status Pro Number I285774264
This shipment is currently in transit with an estimated due date of 01/04/11. Please note, Appointment, Residential, and COD Shipments may require additional days for service.

I really pushed myself and picked it up on:

Current Status Pro Number I285774264
This shipment was delivered on time on 01/05/11.

SO WHO'S THE LIAR?

It's YOU KEVIN EDWARDS aka GRIM on this forum.

You paid NOTHING extra because I picked it on time (had until Jan 7 without being charged).

If anyone wants to check this to see if it's true what I am saying, you are welcome to check it here:

I did but paypal only gives you a chance to put a claim in 45 days or less since you sent payment. This is what happens when you trust someone

He really needs to stand up and refund me most of money I paid for it.
