ive skimmed through this thread so forgive me if im not 100% in on the facts, but i saw a few times when u were reluctant to file a dispute with paypal because you did not want to "stiff" paypal or the credit card company with the bill. fwiw i had a friend that use to work for paypal... in short the bill will work its way back to the seller. ive never dealt with this process personally but from my understanding if/when a seller loses a dispute , they money will be pulled from their paypal acct even if they have do not have the funds to cover it, if their bank acct is linked it will pull from that, worse come to worse paypal will write off the debt and send it to collections.
i wish the best for you
I fully understand you, don't worry. Please read this and you will understand what I mean.

If you decide to open a dispute,
be aware that you must open it within 45 days of the date you made your payment, and that you and the seller will have 20 days to work things out.
And if you choose to escalate your dispute to a claim, you must do so within 20 days of opening the dispute, or it will be closed automatically.
As I believed him engines was good, I was not worried about it, I was more worried about bad weather we had those days. When I finally had a chance to install it, it's been more that 45 days I had paid for and beyond this point, due paypal contract and policies, you can't do anything else but to wait for a good seller response (not a coward scammer that denies it)
Best Regards
