Sounds like he had to order it, he does not keep everything in stock. He has to order it, wait for it to arrive to him, nd then he quickly ships it out to the end-user.

I have never had a problem dealing with him in over a dozen plus transactions. Great guy, super nice, easy to get a hold of. I love the guy, what else can I say?

Thanks for all the replies. Just want you guys to know I'm not bashing on Greg, just like everyone who shops at a business the first time, it was a bit sketchy, until you know that it was probably just a delay by coincidence. And after all of those who replied, I'm sure I'll be doing more business with Greg. I hope this is nothing personal. Just trying to get the best service since it seems like alot of you guys go through Greg for parts. Thanks again fellas.

Was right in the mail box the day i needed it to be there.

Greg is a great guy, and he always takes care of his customer. But he does work as well, so give him the time

Exactly, on hard to find parts like the Lucino grille and so on he wont have them in stock all the time. Same as the VE metal headgaskets and stuff like that. So he has to wait to get them in from where he gets them and ship them off. Again you called him and got a straight foward answer. Just because his site says something you always need to talk with him up front. Its the easiest way to go about things. Ive had things take some time to get but he always comes through and is always up front with the length of time it will or could take.

Nobody has ever had a problem with Greg and I dont see you being the first. If your unhappy with the time its taking to get your Lucino grille, again an item not from the states, then im sorry your asking too much from anyone. Not all his parts listed on line are stuff he has on hand. Its stuff he has or can get.

Greg is by far the best vendor on this forum, by far, no questions asked. We would be scrounging for VE parts if it wasnt for Greg.

Here's his Feedback Thread.

One of thee best vendors on our forum. For the last decade or so plus.

Met him in person, and have spent countless thousands upon thousands of dollars with him. He has my credit card on file. Literally.

Have faith. The time-frame may not work for you on this purchase, that's up to you. But Greg is a high-quality, dead-nuts impecabbly honest, dude.

Greg is one of the few honest people in this world.

If you feel there's a problem it's because you didn't take time to explain what you needed and/or to listen to what he said.

I always know once my order is placed I don't need to worry about it after that.
