You guys ever have a problem with GSpec Performance???
So out of curiosity, has anyone ever had an issue with ordering the Lucino Grill or parts from GSpec Performance? I placed an order last Sunday, called them Friday and they said that I will expect it sometime next week, meaning its going to take them 2 weeks to ship. But on their website, to WI, it should only take 2-4 days. On top of that, they already took my payment. Let me know if any of you guys had any problems. I'm thinking about almost canceling the order and go somewhere else. Thanks my fellow sr20 owners. :P

One thing I've learned is that you have to communicate very clearly what you want/expect w/Greg(gpsec). He does good work and is an asset to the community, but sometimes things happen that you don't expect. Lay down what you need and when you need it by and how you want him to handle payment and shipping very clearly so there's no confusion.

If you want to cancel I'd guess he wouldn't have a problem w/it. Having said that, I usually have my parts show up sooner than expected.

Thanks guys. Just needed some inputs. I'll try giving Greg a call back this afternoon. I'll def have to clear up some arrangements and hopefully I can get my products in. Thanks again. Like I said, its my first time ordering from Greg, and its not the greatest first experience doing business. But from what all of you have said, I'm sure business from him is great.

Sometimes it takes him time, but definitely one of the best vendors we've had in this community!

I always call to order, if you have ordered things before he has everything on record. And since you are talking to him he tells you lead times as not everything is in stock. He will come through with the right parts every time.

Sometimes greg has to wait for a item to to arrive to him so he can ship it out. He does not have a big warehouse where he ships his stuff from. Greg is a great guy, he knew i needed my seal, it took him a lil longer for it to show up than expected, he next day mailed it to me so i would have it the day we were planning to work on my car. Was right in the mail box the day i needed it to be there.

Greg is a great guy, and he always takes care of his customer. But he does work as well, so give him the time
