D-Unit121 - No Part Received
The Link is here:

Purchased an NX Center console from Dylan Raguseo (D-Unit121) on Saturday, January 29th.

A week went by with no response until I posted something in the thread the following Saturday (Feb. 5th). He replied same day and said it was in the mail LAST Friday (Kind of odd provided I sent the money on Saturday)- so maybe he actually meant yesterday (Feb. 4th). Okay, honest mistake, I can deal with it.

After another week and no center I replied on his thread again on Saturday, February 12th. At this point I asked him what means of shipping he used (Fedex, UPS, USPS) and where in FL he was because I just can not see it taking a week for this thing to get here. No response.

Waited another four days and replied in the thread again on Wednesday, February 16th. Basically just wanting some answers or any kind of verification that he actually sent it out.

He Replied this past Saturday telling me it should have already made it to my house. Obviously, it hadn't. So at this point I sent ANOTHER reply asking for the address of the business he sent it out at, a tracking number, a date he actually left it with them at, ANYTHING. But has neglected to tell me one piece of information that would actually verify that it was accepted at the place of business he sent it from.

At this point, I don't think he sent it at all or it wouldn't be a big deal for him to share that kind of information with me. Whether it be so I could call Fedex or UPS or whatever to check the status, file a complaint with them since I believe they all have $100 insurance standard, whatever have you.

I realize I'm not out a whole lot of money, but I am not here to supplement someone else's income when I don't make enough for myself as it is. All I've asked for are a few simple requests which he has neglected to provide to me. I have opened a claim with paypal and hope this was all just a misunderstanding. But I have a feeling it's not.

Doesn't sound like a misunderstanding. Good luck man... I hate low life's.

As i stated in my part out thread i will look for a reciept when i get off work this evening. However i do not feel ,comftorable giving you information where i do business because i have no idea who you are. If the nx wasnt scrapped a days ago i would be more then happy to take a pic for you

I'm not an internet cult car forum stalker, would you like me to get on webcam for you so we can talk about it there? Would that settle your nerves? All I want is verification you sent it out. Being 'lost in the mail' is not good enough for me in this day and age when there are plenty of valid and safe ways to send the information I am asking for. At most you could call the place you dropped it off at and have them fax me the receipt with your address whited out so I can start a claim with (fedex, ups, etc..).

It's just not adding up for me, if I honestly sent out a part and the buyer never got it I would try to resolve their issue by helping with whatever I could; albeit small things.

I can give you my phone number through PM so you can make the 5 minute call to your shipping business.

Well, paypal gives you 45 days, I don't know how long shipping companies give you. But it's been 24 and at this point I don't think what I am asking for is all that much. I'd like to get something started, why procrastinate any further when it is obvious there is no part to be found.

That is something an internet cult car forum stalker would want to do...
