Called again less than 5 mins ago, and someone picked up and hung up. Not sure if it was Justin or not. Called back and left a VM. Not cool.

Has nobody been able to contact him yet?

I got in touch with him a while back. Couldn't over the last two days.

Just left a voicemail that the natives are getting restless.
Hope this dude mans up on this like he said he would.
I have not heard squat from Paypal since filing my claim,either

So I called and talked to Paypal on this just a minute ago. They said since I filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim on the 3rd the seller has to respond by today, the 13th. If the seller does not respond by today then an refund will be issued. It does not matter if there is money in his account, I will still be issued a refund.

I'll update some more tomorrow when I have more details about said "refund" from Paypal.

Just got a text that said "Justin is in jail till tues call back then"

I asked if he was there relating to the online scams and the reply was it was due to a bar fight last Friday.

Paypal refunded my money this morning. The seller had til yesterday to respond to the claim..and once he didn't, they refunded me everything. If you filed a claim thru paypal, you will get your money back.

I don't really care to try and get a hold of justin anymore..he never answered when I called, so I just stopped trying...its his problem now, if he wants to be sketchy and not answer when the people he was going to "help" call, then don't expect us to relax. Im still not so sure he didn't have something to do with it. All I've heard so far are bullshit excuses trying to cover his ass.

Oh well, im not the one that looks bad here, he is.

HMMM .....well I made a call and he is not in Spokane County Jail or Kootenai County Jail which covers the Spokane , Post falls , Coeur d'Alene and Rathdrum areas pretty much all of it .....so where has he been in jail since last Friday ???

He tried calling me last night, but I didn't answer. I just called him and found out that paypal is going to issue refunds to everyone and will probably square everything with him and just go after whoever the card that the money was transferred onto belongs to.
