Ill remove all the info on him so nobody can abuse it but i will keep it on tab just incase something screwy happens and people dont get their money back. Ill talk to him again tomorrow and see what he has to say. Luckily we were able to find his phone number to call him or else he might have gotten a beatdown. lol. And i guess it turns out he is a good guy just in a shitty position. Im not going to really give him any slack until i know everybody gets their money back but still appreciate him stepping up and taking care of it.

How exactly is he going to do that, when he has such limited computer skills that he did not know folks could get his passwords off his old hard drive?


You should demand that he:

1) Provide the Forum with the name, phone numbers, address, social security number, age, photos, and any and all other information he has on the person who bought his computer. The SSN can be held by you Blair. The rest gets posted in this thread for Thomas to get snooping on.

2) Provide the Forum with the name of the LEO/Officer/Detective in charge of this case. The case number, phone number to the LEO-Station, and their address. And it needs to be made a "case" right damn now by Jorgies. Like "drop what the fuck he is doing" today.

He needs to be a very proactive motherfucker. He needs to know that the Wolves are on a temporary leash.

You should also consider reporting this to the local LEO's in his town. I did that once when I was in the contracting business. Got ripped off via the mail. Called the local-yokel cops, faxed them the information, and they sent a Detective by the guys nightclub to have a little friendly talk-listen session. Got my money promptly.

I haven't read through the whole thread, but I have a few things to chime in on and share with you.

First off: I understand your frustration on being fucked over by a scammer.

Second: None of you have a fucking clue what you're talking about and are only going off of wild assumption and slandering the guy who has only just found out about all of this within the last couple days.

Third: He never had S4 cams or a GT2530R turbo! He did have an Apexi NEO but traded that for an ECU and I'm sure that forum member will likely chime in on that.

This guy is a personal friend of mine, and being a long time and always straight shooting member of this forum, I personally assure you that it was not him. He sold his computer MONTHS ago. He hasn't even been on the forum himself since before he sold his computer.

He sold his computer to some guy here locally and like a schmuck didn't clear the hard drive of all of his information and settings. He was left logged in on here and his paypal and also his bank account. He assumes that the guy he sold his pc to used all of his information on here to start scamming all of you. His bank accound has been overdrawn over $1000 all through his paypal account. It's all been, including all of your money, transfered to paypal and then from there to a Wal Mart credit/gift card.

He called me just the other day and asked me if I had heard anything about all of this on the forum, but I haven't been on in a couple weeks. I had no idea what all was going on till he called me the other day and still hadn't even checked on here till I just saw that I had a pm from one of you asking me about it all.

Again, I understand that you're pissed about losing money, but that's why we use paypal!! You will all get your money back. But to be on here e'thuggin threatening to contact his old CO and some of you even threatening to come through town and go to his home and try to physically harm him? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING?! I thought you were all better than this!

Next time research more into the fucking facts before you start slandering a guy who had no clue WTF was going on in the first place and got fucked over himself. Believe me, anyone of you trying to go after him would be a very bad idea, especially over something like this where none of you know what the hell is going on or the actual truth.

Hate on me all you want for this post, but I got his back over a bunch of pre-Madonas jumping to conclusions without knowing facts. Especially when I know for a fact that he'd never do some bullshit like this and he knows that if he did I'd be the first one to slap the fuck out of him.

I reassure you that he did not do this, and I will be damn sure to do what I can to set shit straight if I find out otherwise. I wouldn't put my reputation on the line like this if I thought even for a second that he did the things you are all accusing him of.

I just finished reading through the rest of the thread. I'm glad that you guys got ahold of him, but this whole "wolves on the temporary leash" shit still has me pissed. I'm telling you right now, your "wolves" won't get shit accomplished for you and I'm not going to allow any bullshit happen to my close friend. So fuck the "hold on" and tell them nevermind. If anybody shows up to his house or his business or finds him anywhere else to try to "go after" him, I will personally involve myself in the situation and I promise you it will not end well for your "wolves." Friends or family of yours, that doens't affect me when you threaten my close friends or family. My friends are my family and I look out for them as such.

There is no nead for anymore threats to be made over this, and I do not personally want to have or cause any problems with any of the members or their friends or family. I like being a member of this community and enjoy sharing my knowledge with everyone and learning what I do from everyone. I apologize if I've offended anyone with my post, however, there were threats made toward my friend and I can't let that fly.

Believe me when I say that I'll see to it personally that this all gets taken care of in the best interest of everyone who is ACTUALLY involved. All others should likely vacate this thread and leave it to those involved. No disrespect to anyone, just stating the fact.

Have you ever been scammed using PayPal? Do you know how it works? Because I do... and if PayPal can't get any funds from the account the money was sent to they DO NOT DO SHIT and tell you to shove it where the sun don't shine and you have no recourse!!
Everyone on here has every right to say whatever they want. Until otherwise proven this guy is guilty until innocent according to the Vbulletin laws of internet sales section 8 of the tie code treaty, so don't take them lightly!
No but seriously, you don't expect someone to threaten to drive to a guys house to kick his ass when money has been stolen? I don't blame any of these guys for saying what they have and don't tell me that if you were in the same position you wouldn't do the same.
I am glad you can vouch for him but still doesn't say much. I was friends with a well known forum goer that screwed over a ton of people and would've vouched for him initially but when it was all said and done shit happened and there wasn't anything I could do about it. If he sold his computer he should've erased EVERYTHING! Who sells a computer and doesn't erase their personal information?
When it comes down to it if it wasn't him that defrauded these fine gentlemen on this site then he has nothing to worry about and I don't see why you are getting all defensive on his behalf.

I agree with you. I am defensive because people have threatened harm to him. I know for a fact that he didn't do it. I feel for the guys who are getting screwed and I'm going to help where I can to resolve the situation. I'm not e-thuggin, I'm stickin up for my friend when he's being physically threatened and letting those be aware that those kinds of threats won't be tolerated and would be futile if attempted.

I've been scammed on here before while trying to get my parts together for my VE. I wasn't really scammed but more screwed over. I couldn't go back through paypal cuz the 30 day period had already lapsed.

With all do respect, this isn't just a guy that I know from the forum or have only known a short time. I've known him for several years. I'm good friends with him and his wife. Our children play together, his wife works with a bunch of my family. They've been friends with my fiancee since high school. Hell, I'm the reason he got into the SR20 game. I refered him to this site. I wouldn't just put my name on the line for some poor schmuck that I have doubts about. I'm putting my name on the line for a good friend who is a great guy and would do anything to help anyone. I just got of the phone with him and he is trying to do what he can to correct the situation, but this was not his fault or doing and he is hurting financially, too.

I don't want to hear about how he's guilty till proven innocent either. I know your statement was a joke, but still. He's a great guy and is doing what he can to resolve the problem with the members actually involved. If you aren't directly involved, mind your own business, quit bad mouthing him, and move on to another thread. This thread is left for those involved only and I'm sure will be closed soon.

He has a great i-Trader rating cuz when he was actually doing business with other members on here himself he followed through with everything promptly. He didn't scam anyone, he thinks it's the guy he sold his B13 to and that guys cousin. We will handle his end, and those involved will be helped. Those not involved though should please stop posting negative comments.

I have all reason to be upset, whether it was Justin scamming us or not. I'd like to think i have been patient and fairly calm through this whole ordeal. If Justin is really innocent in this situation, have him come on here and contact every single one of us that was scammed over. Once I know that I will be getting my money back, then i will leave him alone.

If this story is true, then has Justin contacted the authorities about the situation? If he is really innocent, then there wouldnt be any problems with him getting our money back via police/paypal.

If you really see to it this gets taken care of thank you for the help.

This is why we searched to find out the truth and eventually called the guy and was able to straighten everything out.

All we were trying to do is fuck over the guy who fucked us over. Now we know it wasnt jorgie and can all join together to try and find this asshole who did it and get him arrested. And many of these guy were waiting on these parts to finish their cars. Luckilly I am not, but paying so much money and waiting for so long and not being able to finish my car because some asshole (not justin) scammed me I would be raging pissed. So everything that was said was justified. Now we know with your help that is wasnt him and can help find this other guy and take care of the situation.



Was there any other way to go about it than the way we did? Think logically here. What else were we to do. The only thing we have on here to trace scammers is their username and their paypal account; pretty slim pickings if you ask me. Like i said before luckily we were able to find his phone number and clear all of this up. And like I said multiple times in this thread why would the guy get help from so many members on this forum, and have multiple good transactions, and then fuck us over like that? All of us were very skeptical about the situation.



Thank you for stepping up and helping take care of the situation. I and im sure all of the other members who got scammed certainly appreciate it. I know for sure I would back up my friend too if something like this happened and he had no clue of it and would then be pissed at everybody about it but you have to see we really didnt have much of a choice.

First off you already are done with me as this had nothing to do with me to begin with. You're also done with Justin since this was not his doing. You're not however done with the pos that really is scamming all of you including Justin.



That's why eggman and myself are making everyone involved aware. He no longer has a computer and it's because of that that you're all in the current situation. I understand your frustration, but do not order me nor him around. He is doing what he can to resolve a situation that was not of his own doing.



He is still trying to find out for sure who is behind it. He has his own shit going on at the same time that he needs to deal with. As you've all seen thanks to Thomas, he has a wife and kid to take care of too and is struggling with that.

I understand everyones frustration with this. I've been screwed over by a member for parts that I needed, too.



That's why we now have the new classified rules where you are required to list all contact info or you don't get to sell. We can all hope for the return of the days of trust where we could all just make transactions on here based on trust and faith in our fellow members, but there have been so many shisters lately. It's a sad truth, but truth none-the-less.

I really wish that I would have seen this thread sooner, I just don't really get on here much anymore since both my cars are down and in need of engines lol.



I completely understand and agree with some of your actions. I don't, however, agree with other actions and comments. Everyone has the right to get pissed off about losing money, but don't go around e-thuggin making threats to have a group of friends go find him and harm him. Think about it. That's not wise for anybody to do these days. That's how people get killed. You don't know who's got a gun or knife on them. You don't know if someone is highly trained ex Special Forces. You just don't know these days. I'm just sayin that when I see or hear that my friends or family are being threatened, I react. I protect. I have no problems with anybody on here, all I ask is that the threats stop and apologies be made.
