You simply tell them you haven't received what you paid for. "Non-Receipt of Goods" falls within the abilities to dispute a credit card transaction.
What this will do is the credit card company will require PayPal to provide proof of delivery such as a tracking number, signature confirmation, delivery confirmation etc.. but since nothing was sent or even received they will not have this information and PayPal gets the charge-back and you get your money.

ANY credit card, you have no recourse when they pull the funds from your bank account at all. Pretty much when someone withdrawals money from your bank account there isn't anything you can do about it unless it's a debit card transaction. I prefer Discover Card to use with PayPal, dispute process is super simply and pretty fast compared to VISA/MC. Never dealt with AMEX though..

Im going to give paypal a chance to clear this up before i go to my credit card company.

His excuse sounds just like an excuse ....they are like asshole's we all got one and they all stink , I dont trust this dude , why cant he come on here and make a public statement of what is going on I am going to call some friends in the 509 to see if what they are up to , and if they are out of the boxes they seem to spend alot of there time in ....I think his current statement to Blair is just another line of shit by a SNAKE trying to slither his way out from under the shit storm his stupid ass mighthave unleashed on himself by messing with a close knit community like ours ( We are like a large disfunctual family ) .

I am getting real tired with people taking hard earned money from our community, and I am not even a victom myself but some of my friends are and I am tired of this crap , and at the same time turnning good hard working enthusiests trust is turned into ashes as they feel as though they cant trust anybody anymore because some dirt bag comes into their home ( this forum ) and rips them off ......this is crap ......I am going to try calling my cousins in the area .....but I would have better results going to calling friends in Spokompton and the Tri cities and Yakima areas to cash in a favor......

I gave him a call earlier and left a message. He called me back and left a message. Im really not sure what to say to him because unless he can access his paypal account and give me his money back theres really nothing talking to him is going to do.



Dude that would be awesome if you could call up those friends for us. Thanks for noticing this and helping out the "family". One thing i stil dont understand is why he would have good rep and then just do this out of nowhere. I found his phone number here on the forum on one of his posts so he must have known we could contact him. I think im just going to the bank and getting my money back then maybe ill talk to him about it.

Maybe call PayPal as well and see what information they want that is helpful in resolving the issue. They seem to be more interested in fraud related stuff now then they did 5 years ago when I had problems so you might get somewhere with that possibly?

I sent one a email and I going to call another one here soon .....the problem with them helping is this problem has not got alot to do with them , but I do have a few favors owed to me .....worst case is when I am home I go out there and take a few buddies with me...but I wont be home for a few months at least ....
