dont feel bad....you are just trying to find the dude who took your money. I dont believe that he would just let someone on his account... Sounds like some bullshit to me that someone stole his information.
If you paid via PayPal via a credit card and not your bank account you can dispute it with your credit card with no problems and get your money back. If you paid through your bank account you are fucked. I've been telling people this for years. ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD WITH PAYPAL! Hope that helps at least some of you guys sorry to hear about what happened and hope it gets sorted out. Idaho isn't that big of a place so I imagine it'll be easy to figure out who the scum bag is that is getting his teeth knocked in
