There's been quite a few bad apples as of late, but it's good see a resolution for once.

He got out yesterday. Appearantly he sent that text saying he was in jail till whenever cuz he had literally just gotten out and didn't want to deal with any of it at the moment. He was contacting PayPal to resolve it and was still busy with all of this plus he now has to deal with some bs from why he got arrested. But that doesn't mean that he was being sketchy. He was still working with PayPal. He got you your fucking money back didn't he? Quit your fucking bitching.

There was no need for him to take time off from all of the shit that he was dealing with trying to get your whinney pussy ass and everyone elses money back to get on here when he had three or four of us "reputable" forum members relaying for him. Once again, you got your money back, right? So why are you STILL crying like a bitch?

To all others who were involved he gives his regards and is still taking care of it. He found out who it was and who the card belonged to. He apologizes for all of the trouble as do I. I do hope that this can be the end of this fiasco and that all involved got all of their funds back.

edit- BY THE WAY, Justin in no way/shape/form got me my money back from PayPal. I filed a dispute, and escalated it to a claim. Justin as the registered seller had until 1/12/11 to respond to PayPal's claim. Since he, nor the supposed Scammer responded in the allotted time frame, Paypal automatically refunded my money just as it would with any other person that has ever filed a claim.

Paypal was supposed to have issued refunds to everyone involved. The entire account has been cleared and they are going after the person responsible.

Good. I'm glad in the end nobody got screwed out of their money.

Everyone got there money cuz they open a disspute and escalated to a claim. Paypal gives 10 days for seller to respond if he dosen't money gets refunded.

You say he settled it and he did right!!!!!!! Where the FK did he do right he tried to scam and you were backing him up. Only thing is that Paypal refunds money now even if it was outside of ebay or any other transaction.

If he would have corrected the problem and actually called paypal, buyers would have gotten there money as soon as they open the dispute since paypal had a response from seller already..........

finally this has been resolved. sounds funny that justin never came on here himself and said anything about it.

after reading all the posts on here it does sounds like justin is a scammer.

around the time that paypal was waiting for a response he went to jail ?
sounds pretty suspect to me.

if i wanted to waste my time i can call and research and find out if he actually did get locked up.

if someone called me a scammer i would be all over this thread trying to clear my name.
saying he doesnt have a computer to reply i think is bs. today in age theres a computer everywhere.

ive got some parts from him in the past and he was straight up with me so i dont know if he was hard up for money or what. just happy to see no one lost money on this ordeal
