OMG Did anyone notice his post just over halfway down??

We have 5. I need payment upfront. These will be ready in about 2 weeks. We no longer will be offering paypal unless its gift. Or you can send money order.
Once all 5 payments are in I will start the build.

I don't think you'd completely run off with the money, I don't pin you as being THAT big of a schmuck.

But I do think you would go that route to avoid "disputes" as far as someone getting a shitty or so-so product, which is not right.

^^^ The real answer is obvious to most, and its not very ethical, and may violate Paypal's Terms of Service.

THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE PROBLEM TO THE TEE. You all think its just so easy to make these parts. Oh yeah just paint some metal. LOL. I will put my money where my mouth is and if you can produce a product that looks half as good in your garage I will respectfully make everything right on this forum. BUT what you wrote was what I was waiting for all DAY. Most of you have no idea what it takes to build something and are ungrateful about it too.

LOL nope these are not just brackets painted. They are First CNC cut on a plasma then CNC bent on a 75 ton press. Then they go to Powder Coat. This is the kind comments that I look at and go, man they have no idea.

Lets see ya bend 3 90 degree bends on a 3" long piece. You people have no concept of what it takes to fabricate something from scratch.

So if i can replicate a set, you will refund each of the people you have wronged? Can we get that in writing?

I will fix the struts so they work. You have my word in writing here. They must be perfect, and you have to show me a video just usings a vice and a hammer.

Let see Just HOW easy these are. I didnt use that but you guys seem to be so bad ass you can do it.

Ok so I just read your post Mark. Went to my garage. Cut a piece of scrap 6061 and bent 3 90deg (with different bend radii just for fun) on a 2.5" long piece. I omited holes cause I have no use for this bracket.

BTW I didn't use a vice or hammer and that is .125" thick.

Things could have just been done different. This is where R&D comes into play and why the good companies that dont have problems like this succeed. Instead of requiring everyone to pay up front for a new product you have never made before. How bout you spend the money yourself, make the product, test fit it and show pictures of the product both on and off the vehicle. Detailed. This is the way to do it professionally.

Not take money from everyone and then have a product that isnt what was expected and your stuff is not cheap by any means when it comes to price so people were expecting better quality for the amount they paid.

I mean unless your a big company that has a lot of CRED because of previous products released or made then you cant do business any other way but make at least one product with your own money, fit it and if all is well then market it and take peoples money.

No one said anything about using nothing but a vice and hammer? I will have to use a plasma cutter (which yeah, I have full access to) to do the cuts. After that, screw it, I will do the bends with nothing more than a vice, hammer, and I'll even stick with blocks to check my 90* angle. Will do the finishing with nothing but a dremel tool, sand paper, and spray paint.

Though, using members in a gamble is not right to the buyer who you have done wrong, so I'm only doing this for shits and giggles, to prove my point to you. You owe the buyer some form of reimbursement regardless.
