BTW I didn't use a vice or hammer and that is .125" thick.

Wrong, 6061 will crack thats 5052. I did them out of 1/8" steel 1018. You will need to get a tighter bend then that lol. That looks like you ran over it. So now how easy is it? I am curious to see how many people sign up for this

Shows what you know. I just double checked my material spec and it is 1"x.125" 6061. I don't have anything but 6061 in my stash.

That is a .125 bend, .250 bend, and .375 bend. So seriously get over yourself. It was EASY.

BTW this was your challenge "Lets see ya bend 3 90 degree bends on a 3" long piece." I did it on a 2.5" piece.

AND your FS thread in YOUR section says "they will be made from 6061 AL and can come in raw material OR Powder coated".... I grabbed what you are supposedly selling. You LIAR.

I am serious. I went to the garage and bent that in less than 5 mins. Took longer for picture to upload.

LOL nope these are not just brackets painted. They are First CNC cut on a plasma then CNC bent on a 75 ton press. Then they go to Powder Coat. This is the kind comments that I look at and go, man they have no idea.

Lets see ya bend 3 90 degree bends on a 3" long piece. You people have no concept of what it takes to fabricate something from scratch.

Mark

Makes sense, lots of people do not know what it takes. Proper machinery is not cheap.

Let see Just HOW easy these are. I didnt use that but you guys seem to be so bad ass you can do it.

Mark

Why change to challenge? Some of the products you make would be very hard to replicate without a decent shop full of equipment, some are obviously easier than others.

I feel bad for you for what you are going through, i really do. But i kind of feel you brought it upon yourself by not righting some situations in a timely manor. Also reading different posts you seem to change your mind on what you will or will not do. Please, i ask, Please help right some of the wrongs and leave the innocent out of it.

Also, Mark, how long did it take you to do them? & Didn't you have them sent off to be bent? lol.... He did that in his garage in about five minutes flat, and that is including the time it took to get to the garage, find the parts, bend it, take pics, go back inside, upload pics, post pics.
