i like how they were tryin to charge me 600 for pistons they sell on the site for 525.. sure not much of a diff but every penny counts..

.... that's because they only stock 90mm pistons and under. Anything over is custom order, and custom order pistons obviously cost extra... they were not trying screw you.

Not that you should let yourselves be screwed, but paying high prices is optional. I thought this thread was about some bad work they did on someone's engine or defective parts, etc but it's not.

Soooo, don't cry when they turn around and give the cold shoulder to the SR20 crowd too as other good companies / individuals have chosen to in order to avoid all this (JWT, Charles aka SR20Turbofreak, Calum, etc).

plz dont mistake me for complaining about prices, i know you get what you pay for an they do some great stuff.. i just thought it odd that the price on the site was different from my quote but cory cleared up that issue..

Charles still does sr20 work just not on the forum.

I never really expected more from people on this forum. If I was them I wouldnt waste my energy on you guys...

JWT did not avoid the SR20DE crowd they moved on to newer cars where they could make more profit becasue of more sales. JWT still sells everything they always sell and always get you what you need. They just are not making anything new because they feel time invested is not going to give enough return.

Calum sold his ECU harware rights to another company.
