Why I requested to delete Overkill thread
Since the "do not support overkill" thread got hundreds of views and is now gone, I'd like to mention that I requested it be deleted. The mods acted on my wishes and I do not want it assumed they acted to protect the site's vendor. I felt the thread became a huge dump on OEM thread and that wasn't the intention even though I could've foreseen that with my initial post and the tone I used.
This was my last post on that dead thread and my last views on the topic:

I want to say this because I think this has gone way too far and I'm affecting a person's lively hood and I truthfully never intended it to go that far. Yes I was very upset and irritated about our dealings but still said things I don't truthfully mean. I do realize it's gotten bigger and the possible consequences for Mark and Brian are worse than for me. I might lose around $200 which I'm not happy about but this affects them more severely. I do not want to be that reason and not for $200. We did have issues and I really felt like this was a solution to get them to honor a refund I felt justified to. Looking back, it's just not worth the drama and affects on these guys. I can't imagine it being easy to be in their shoes and I just fanned the flame because I felt more justified that I was getting ripped off when other spoke up.
Mark and Brian, I apologize. At least in your case Mark, I read your profile and learned you're a pretty young guy starting up this shop and I think that's pretty cool. I honestly don't want to hurt your business and to honor that I do give the admins permission to delete this thread or if preferred I'll revise it. I'll do the same on the other forum. Damage has been done that I can't take back but I guess those that were unhappy before just had a reason to vent now and they probably had a set opinion to start from their own experience or what they already had heard.
Anyone reading this, please do not use my experience as a gauge of how these guys are. I'm sure they have done some disagreeable things but it can't be easy doing what they are doing and they did give an effort. Maybe not to my expectations, but everyone is different and some people here are extremely happy with their work so they obviously are doing something right.
Brian, I also apologize to you for some of the shit I said. I would never say that crap to anyone's face out of respect for another human being and I should never put it out there like that. I'm not a rude guy or an asshole. I pissed you off and you pissed me off and both was uncalled for. I said shit out of spite and that's not cool.
