I don't think that'e entirely correct. He does have talent, what I think he lacked was thorough understand of everything he tried to make. An example of his work that was good was the fender braces he made for the B13s. I have them on both of my B13s and would probobly have bought another set. They do what they are supposed to do and no downside came of them. Same thing with the lower control arm braces.
However, he created the puke tanks because he thought he could improve upon what we had without thinking thru how the entire system works. His lack of thorough understanding of the system ended up costing me a blown head gasket. His trying to do carbon fiber parts was, I think now, a mistake. CF is an extremely tough market. I thought it would be something the community wanted, but the people buying that stuff demand perfection, and perfection is hard to come by when you are learning.
IMO he should have stayed with simple things that worked. Complex system overhalls and carbon fiber parts are not simple.
