I can also assure you my car has not been in any accidents and the only issue that could cause this bad of a lineup is frame damage and my car has none whatsoever and I'm willing to provide pics of my underbody throughout.

Also, in regards to your other posts. I was never rude to you guys. You were rude to me and I think you know what I'm talking about. Granted you did apologize and I thank you for it, but I was very annoyed all weekend about it. You called me out as being impatient when I asked you for a status on the 2nd midpipe the week after you told me you'd ship it. That irked the heck out of me especially since I've been waiting for close to 3 weeks at that point with my car on jackstands. Then I'm told that you will accept a refund but only for a huge restocking and shipping fees which also did not sit well with me and that's when I posted. I even emailed you and told you I'd be posting this, so I didn't blindside anyone and you were given fair warning that I would go public.

I also emailed you guys before buying and asked many questions. I hope you remember this. I did everything right on my end to make sure I was getting a good part and you guys seemed good beforehand. I was excited when I got the part. It looked well made and the welds were nice, but the fit was way off.

I'm honestly done with this. It's become a huge headache. I never intended to hurt your business and I never intended to have this huge debacle. I just wanted a refund since i was done dealing with this exhaust. I would have much rather you paid me to take it to a shop here to fix it but you never made that recommendation. You just posted that on here, but you never told me you'd do that.

As this point, I hope you're willing to accept this back and not charge me any fees.

This might be so, but our systems have fit many cars. If it does not fit just yours then we cant remake the jig just for your car. If the system fits on our test car then we can not refund you 100%. Also it will have to fit in our jig as well.

Here is the e-mail I wrote, I stated please BE PATIENT, meaning just bare with us, not your being impatient-which I can see as being rude but was not the case.

I am patient. I've been patient for over 3 weeks trying to get a new part to fit while my car sits idle. You last email said you'd ship it out last week so that's why I asked:

"FuelCutOff, we have all the jigs and a stock system here. We are sending out a new mid section this week. When you get it please install and send back the old one."

Please let me know when it ships. Thanks.

FuelCutOff.

Maybe I'm the minority, but I've NEVER had to modify any exhaust to fit on my 2 b14s, my b15, or my Subaru. I'm not sure where you're sourcing these exhausts from.

The fact that this is a Nissan community is in favor of the vendor. Try this approach in the WRX/EVO community and you would be done, selling all your remaining parts for well below the restocking fee you'd be swallowing for this one customer.

Good luck to both parties in resolving this matter.

If you send the system back please understand it will be checked in our jig and on our test car to assure it was made incorrectly. If it was then you will recieve your refund, 100% of it. But if it does fit both test you will be charged the 30% fee.

WE work with another vendor on our exhaust. WE test fit and mock the systems up and send the drawings over to be made. If our vendor sells them as well, its fair game.

You guys are a bunch of f***ing whiners! A custom part doesn't fit 100% O M G !!! What are you doing modifying your car if you can figure out how to make an exhaust fit?

It's obvious that OEM is trying to straighten this out so why doesn't everyone back off until they come to some sort of conclusion? Trying to help the customer make the part fit instead of giving an instant refund is the right way to go about this in my opinion.

Also why do you want to return your CAI all of a sudden for no restocking fee? Sounds like you spent too much money on your car, and you can't pay your bills to me.

Hey FuelCutOff, do any of those initial e-mails talk about the fitment of the exhaust and what should be expected? And maybe what might be done to resolve the issue if fitment isn't perfect? I'm assuming they do but we all know what assuming does, and I think now would be the time to let us know if that is the case.
