I know there is a post that describes how to build a header like Mike's but it was never intended to be copied for profit. If someone wants to build there own and save money they can and Mike himself (I think) posted it.

That is how I understand it too. Mike is happy for you to make your own and has posted the specs. He's also given ASP/Charles/Gspec specific permission to make/sell them for profit.
Who else sold them Stratton?

My understanding as well. Mike is an engineer/designer, Charles is a fabricator. They worked together on the project including hundreds of dyno hours to make the 4-1 header so good. Charles filtered a lot of that work down to the "budget" header. He earned the right to make a profit on Mike's design. And I also don't know of anyone else selling them.

That depends if Mark/OEM is an outright theif or not. Does he fix PhorB13 struts? Send the radiator brackets that are pre-paid? Return the Exalta headlights? His customer support was way beyond unacceptable. His level of honesty under his miserable, fucked-up attitude, is what will decide if any of you see anything.

I would guess it's a loss.

Joe would guess you're gonna get a refund or brackets, Phor gets squared away on his struts, and the Exalta's get shipped back.

I hope Joe is correct.

When I picked up my car on Sunday, he did say he had things to send out this week that would conclude his business on the forum. I would at least like to know if you get the parts, it would give me an idea as to whether I was right or wrong on my feelings towards them.

I was contacted today by Mark through email. He asked for my address so he can return my Exalta Headlights.

He also told me that the brackets are at the metal shop and once they get back to him they will be sent to get powder coated and then sent out.

I'll update again if I got my headlights back with pics.
