I found out today by zapping myself a number of times whilst figuring out what the hell zapped me the first time that my #1 plug had a small short when i touched the part of the wire that attached to the dizzy. Instead of calling chiquae07, who really would just call them, I skipped a step and went directly to them. He said "I vaguely remember the transaction, but if you give me the original buyer's name and postal code, I can pull up the items used, and send you a whole new boot and end connector.
Didnt give me the runaround or anything, just a straight up dude, very impressed with their customer service.
