I did a search of the IP's of people in question. For what ever reason, you guys had the same IP address as the people in question (Nismo Tuner and Pulsir, sentra nismo).

Since your IP's are normally different, and just happened to be the same I am removing you from the "possible scammer list". If your IP was the same as the users in question more then once, you are still on the questionable list. Please forgive us for the inconvenience that this may have caused, we can only go by what we see when we pull up the IP report for that specific post.

Users not Associated with Pulsir thus should be safe to buy from.

Since you guys got the guilty by association charge (probably for posting in their thread). I can completely expunge the records that blame you, or we can just leave this notice up. Up to you forum member to decide.

After much digging nismo sentra is also in the clear, just made a mistake of staying signed in on Pulsir's computer.

Still on the list:
nismo tuner - banned for being a duplicate of Pulsir
pulsir
sentra nismo - banned for being a duplicate of Pulsir

thats what i was telling you all i did not intend to scam but now it is to obvious cause i didnt refund right away so believe what u shall. i have my reasons. nismo sentra is not associated with me in anyway at all either. refunds should take place very soon. sososososo sorry but i told you all that i would fix all this. are my cams on the way back to me yet

Cams have never arrived at my place yet... My wife is always home and nothing has come at all.. what carrier did you use and what day did you ship them... do you have any proof at all that you shipped them because on the paypal dispute you said to give you 20 days to ship them so im assuming they weren't shipped at that time..

For those of you that have come forward, thank you. That was the intent with regards to why I posted the Global Announcement. If your IP happens to match when the research is done, you're immediately flagged as a potential risk. This is why we are somewhat proactive in doing announcements like I did. It's for the good of the community, in order to protect the interests of others.

I apologize to you if you were personally offended by the announcement, but please understand that the community is very small, and stealing from one is like stealing from all. Know that we'd do the same for you if you were on the receiving end, and not the giving end.

got my money back today.

yeah, paypal refunded the negative in my paypal account since my bank took action and canceled the transaction. My paypal is all screwed up right now due to this mess. But i guess in a couple days it will go back to normal. We will see.
