so sad. i cant stand people that do this and then when a good seller actually has something to sell we have to go through hell to get it sold, if it sells thanks to people like this. i hope u all get it back in full (your money), ESPECIALLY this guy (what he has coming to him)!

Anyone have any advice. I set up a dispute but that starts off as a dispute with the seller and the seller has 45 days to respond.

If there is a way around this to just have paypal take care of it let me know so i can go that route. Im not about to lose $360 to this scumbag.

Contact your bank directly and notify them of a fraudulent charge.

Report that you did not receive the goods that you paid for. If your paypal is tied by your debit card/credit card, then you're golden. You can just call the number on the back of the card and tell them what happened, and they'll refund your money and go after the seller/paypal.

I went ahead and just went straight to my bank. I should get my money back within two days. So for those that have their debit or a credit car directly linked to their paypal. Just file with the bank or credit card company. Much easier.

Thanks Cliff.

I like when these kind of things actually happen. It drives home a point that most always seem to forget.
