yeah its weird, he was selling some n1's that i bought for a friend. Good thing i didnt send as a gift through paypal like he asked and sent it as goods.

I think im gonna just try and get my money back. Ive pmd him every day for the last 4 days and nothing even though i have seen him on.

This is nismo sentra im talking about but like you said, may be the same person.

What is it with "nismo's" ripping people off

after doing some research on his email address.

He has likely posted fake things for sale then gave himself positive feedback on other accounts to boost his trader rating.

This guy is obviously a scammer.

You guys should have IMMEDIATELY FILED. It takes more than 1 day to get your money transferred to a bank account from paypal. file the claim NOW

He is located in the NE. The broadband service provider for the IP address is Atlantic Broadband in Quincy, MA.

Screw this guy, Pisses me off to no end. I already filed but it can take 45 days until i can have paypal deal with it unless there is another way around it.

Anyone have any advice. I set up a dispute but that starts off as a dispute with the seller and the seller has 45 days to respond.

If there is a way around this to just have paypal take care of it let me know so i can go that route. Im not about to lose $360 to this scumbag.
