I received my money through my bank. He responded once to the paypal dispute and nothing since. No money has been refunded through paypal yet. But ill just let it run its course. If for some reason i receive the parts i will ask my bank to cancel the fraud charge and take the money back and cancel the dispute in paypal. He still obviously has the money. I doubt he didnt pull it out within that week prior to making the dispute.

So not like im gonna send him another 360.00 haha

No money yet, haven't had the chance to do my bank claim. Will do it on Monday, he didn't even reply to my paypal claim.

no one has recieved a refund yet it is still held negetive in my paypal thats where it will sit till paypal reverses it sorry if i would have had more time to take care of the sitution i could have refunded all but you disputed me now its held sorry. i am not a BAD PERSON DISPITE what all of you think but you are all right i would be furious also i cant say i wouldnt be. keo you have meet me before in htown i believe. guys it is not simple to refund when i have a claim on me only thing i can say is if it ever happens to you youll see excatly what i mean but i hope it never happens to yous.'

I haven't got my refund either, but he did send a message through paypal dispute saying that he can't refund the money yet b/c his account is froze and I have to wait.
