The reason you got it back so fast is because all the hard work was done already. The ECU was already altered to accept their tuned chips from the person who had it before you. All they had to do was change the chip. If you send them a stock ECU don't expect that kind of fast turn around time.

I sent them an ECU at one point and ended up getting an ECU with the tune I needed from Miko while I was waiting for JWT. I had to call up JWT and have them send me my original ECU back. When I called they were like "Oh we can have it done by tomorrow if you really need it that fast". Too little too late. They lose a ton of business because of wait times.

when I sent them a chip for reprogram it took three weeks to get the new chip

I hope they are faster now, because I need my limiter removed.

In my experience they've always been quick. If you tell them you need the ecu back asap, they will be very quick. When I got my turbo setup base map, I got the ecu back In one week to the day, and I shipped the ecu to them at like 7 at night.

Never waited more than 10 days for something from them. And I always get an email response within a week if I ask a question.

Not really. There timing maps may be a bit on the safe side (but thas what I want for high boost) But from what ive seen from them recently they are around about 12.0:1 with the fuel and sometimes Ive seen it dip into the 12.5 to 13 range. Thats not really that safe for turbo.

It would probably be better in the product review then. Ill write a review of the ECU and where the A/F's are at ect. before changing any settings on it.
