What issues w/ SBR? I've purchased thru them once, and plan to do again sometime in the near future...Never had or heard of any issues....PM me.

Well with me and a buddy, they told us that they shipped the cams out to us the day after we sent them payment. We waited a weekm they never came, so we called them and asked what was going on. They told us that they were about to ship from BC, then to them, then to us. I asked them why they told us that they had physically shipped out the cams to us, and they could not give an answer. They just had horrible communication, that was my only problem with them.

That is a big, fat, lie. Don't buy anything from this guy.

I placed an order 1/8 for a Koyo racing radiator with page3racing on eBay, after over 2 weeks of trying to reach the seller, no return communication at all - no ship notice, nothing. Finally on 1/26 he answers me and tells me the item was backordered with "his supplier" for at least two more weeks. The auction ad buy it now stated 5 in stock, ready for immediate shipment. He did offer choice waiting another two or more weeks, or he would send a refund, but when I asked for acknowledgement that I wanted a refund, and by when, etc.,again, no answers. I only finally got an answer that I wasn't getting what I paid for after threatening to report the item as "not received" to eBay.

Checking his feedback just this month alone he has multiple people with the same complaint. No shipment, no notice, no returning e-mails or phone calls. At least one of the people leaving negative feedback this last week had to get their refund from PayPal, he never sent it. I expect to have to get my $350 back the same way, I still don't have a refund.

Go read the recent cases of the same treatment - 12 of his 19 very negative feedback entries are in January alone:

  • ITEM NEVER SHIPPED!NO COMMUNICATION! DID NOT GET REFUND.. DO NOT TRUST!! "#%"%"#
  • HORRIBLE!!ITEM NEVER SENT,FAKE PROMISE,NO REPLY TO BOTH PHONE OR EMAIL.VERY BAD!
  • Very Bad Communication. Bad description in posts. Did refund me the money though
  • Item was not in stock, but seller provided full refund.
  • slow response took about a week to reply to my purchase .product still not shipd
  • havent recieved product ordered over a month ago dont answer phones or emails
  • never reply , never shiped item, never refund my 400$$ after almost 3 month

Too bad none of that was posted when I placed my order

I personally checked with the person who posted the last one in the list, and yes, he did have to go to Paypal to get his money back. Never got anything at all, not even a reply. I won't repeat what he told me, it wasn't pretty.

I'll probably get a bad buyer from page3racing, too - just because they don't return calls, e-mails, don't provide ship esimates or notices, and from the looks of it, don't consistently provide promised refunds. Sometimes they just ignore the customer altogether, like the guy I spoke with.

"In stock ready for immediate shipment - 5 available" means just that, not ignoring me for 20 days and then having the balls to ask me to wait two or more weeks longer, or he could give me a refund (which I asked for along with BY WHEN) and 3 days later, again no answer...

Save your transaction screen caps with the date/time to protect yourself against "not paid timely manner" BS. Email they send is good, too, but can be contested as made up. I only use PayPal with eBay just for this reason.

I strongly recommend staying away from both their eBay store under page3racing, and their online store. I've had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back, the seller won't communicate and has other recent claims successfully executed against them from their eBay auctions - I verfied this with 2 other buyers.

Myself, and many others have had a terrible time with LateNightCustom. Orders taking months to get done, little or no contact with him, orders coming and having serious flaws.

Thanks for pointing him out. What kind of product or products do they sell? do they have a particular type or just general product?

I'm asking because I am finding over the years that there are certain categories of product where anything from poor service to outright fraud show up more frequently - e.g. FSTB's, exhausts, headers, intakes - a lot of bolt ons that look like the real deal but are not.

On a side note, any suggestion for a good place to get a Koyo for my B13?
