Since you two cannot follow Vadim simple statement of "SIMPLY IGNORE EACH OTHER". No, you two are to leave each other the FUCK ALONE. Why would you possibly think to mis-construe that?

Todd asked a question to further clarify how rules will be for EVERYONE since this thread, right now, is a "Seller beware thread" and the unique properties will not apply to everyone because of TWO BAD APPLES that cannot exist peacefully with one another.

Now, because of THESE TWO PEOPLE, the mod staff is forced to practically babysit two grown ass men as they conduct themselves behind a computer screen because they have zero self-control.

Anymore keyboard lawyers in the forum that want to misconstrue some actions OR words of BenFenner, @Vadim, or I, please let us know so we will clear up confusion that will undoubtedly be created by someone else in the user base.

You two are required to ignore each other period, since you can't behave as adults while in the same thread. What Kyle said was to apply to other members that try to warn the user base of a bad transaction with that particular user, especially when there was no specific judgement ruled at the time.

As Kyle said below is actually a direct quote from BenFenner from a forum staff conversation. I asked Ben to post it here, but since he wasn't around to do it while crap was hitting the fan, Kyle copied it and pasted it. Thus no division in that opinion.

False. Now you have to focus on the latest experience to get into the same exact mindset and forget all the pissing matches prior. You posted an item for sale. Oscar did nothing but drop a link to the user feedback section as anyone is permitted on this forum. Then, and promptly after then, you began the latest round of rule breaking "first" in this child-like pissing match that exists. You cannot berate him for doing so. Your false perceptions do not constitute Oscar as an antagonist (in the most recent exchange between you two).

You started this entire ordeal when you placed the header in an empty box. I would NEVER have to defend myself in this situation because I would never have caused the problem.
