What happened with your experiences there? Any dispute threads to cite? Just curious so I know what to watch out for. I don't want to disregard it just because you said to...

well i have ordered a shirt from them the 12th of last month and still have not received a tracking number and they dont know how to return emails either...

did you try calling, or just the e-mail? Sometimes there can be a sizable delay in orders from larger companies from your actual purchase date to shipping date. Sometimes you'll get the product 4-6weeks after the initial order just because their processes take that long. Shitty I know, but it's not uncommon.

hey has anyone dealt with raceoptions.com. they an ebay company that had a megan racing exhaust for sale and ready for delievry. well to make a long story short i wanted almost 2 months for it cuz the guy said i had to wait cuz the exhaust was still in japan. well i got my money back but he had the nerve to give be a bad buyer rating and i also got one of those messages saying that i didnt pay in a timely fashion, which is bs cuz i paid thru my credit card and wen i asked for a refund he gave me my money back (i know it doesnt make sense).so forum members do urself a favor and dont deal with raceoptions.com.

I bought a G20 grille from Rambo a couple years ago with no problems. If he is indeed making good on the other deals that had the extreme delays then it sounds like he deserves a 2nd chance.

I know that Hach is working on rectifying his issues on Gnet as well.
