Have you tried finding him on G20.net - Forums? PMed him on this forum?

Ben is right. He rarely comes over here any more, but is on G20.net all the time.

And for what it's worth, Charles has always come thru for me.

We can tell you are mad, to a non-productive level.

Are you trying to resolve this situation or piss off Charles? If it is the former, you are doing a piss-poor job. If it is the latter, you are doing terrific.

Based on your statements so far, how you expect to get support on this forum, is beyond me.

I just see a mouthy child pissed that he has to wait for OMG-six-whole-weeks for a custom, hand-built, item. F*cking duh. I waited a good long time for every single group buy, and the custom or "small GB-batch" items on my vehicle (BIB 3-point RSTB, Hyperco springs, etc...etc..etc.).

It is possible that Charles' communication could/should be better. However, based on YOUR communication in this thread, thus far I am inclined to be on Charles's side. Simply because as demonstrated, your communication skills suck sweaty, hairy, cheesy, monkey balls.

Well I know the item wasnt a custom one. It was a set of cams.

Hi Shawn, obviously you missed the previous thread that got deleted or closed by a mod. Everyone was on this guys (derm) ass (in a bad way ) because he was complaining that Charles has not contacted him in anyway whatsoever. He has tried to get in touch with Charles but obviously he has not been able to. Why should he HAVE to go to G20.net to get in touch with him?? Last time he has been on THIS forum was the 20th of October and he didnt respond to this guys PMs.

This guy has been waiting for some 20V cams. Whats so custom about them? Have to go mining for the material or what? Why has he not replied to Derm?

Group Buys are a different story as opposed to grabbing some cams and shipping them. Ive been in group buys before and have had to wait as well, but that is the nature of GBs.

The mod that closed the guys thread did NOT move the thread whatsoever. Just straight closed it.

I respect snickers and have bought some stuff from him, and every single time he has been on time with shipping.

Oh and I wouldnt be calling someone stupid and an immature baby if I don't know the facts of the transaction. It just makes YOU look like a stupid, immature baby, and a nutswinger (in a bad way ). You're a good guy and all but just a heads up before you insult somebody. You could have gone a different route to reply to this thread instead of insulting the guy.

For the record, I agree with this point. I was merely pointing him to g20.net as a solution to his immediate problem.

Charles' customer service skills notwithstanding.
